I’ve been taking these supplement gummies for about a month now and I have yet to see a difference in my hair. I do love Nature bounty brand but, sadly, I haven’t really noticed any mentionable changes for my hair since I started this supplement.
I can say the supplement tastes good and it’s easy to take. It has a good flavor and chew to it. It’s really easy to take this gummy supplement everyday. The ingredient list looks good and is super easy to understand. My assumption is this supplement needs more than one bottle to be able to actually see results. Overall I like taking this supplement and I really like the ingredient list, I just have yet to see noticeable results with this supplement yet. Hard to recommend at this point; however this is my go to brand for my hair skin and nails supplement (which I have seen results with and have taken for roughly 3 years). As a brand, I do really like this brand.

These are a great way of getting in your daily biotin supplements. The gummies have an amazing flavor and bouncy texture, and I look forward to taking these every morning. It takes a lot of self control for me to just take two because they taste so good with no strange aftertaste. I haven’t experienced any negative effects whatsoever from taking these. I definitely recommend this supplement.

I got these for my wife so these are her thoughts:
I’m 41 and my hair is starting to thin a little, so I thought I would try these. First of all the consistency is very firm for a gummy. You have to bite down three or four times before you even make a dent in this gummy. It isn’t hard, but very dense. I do like that it’s not a sticky gummy and does not get lodged in my teeth. The taste is a light peach, and enjoyable. I have been taking for the last 3 weeks and haven’t noticed any difference yet, but hair grows at about half an inch a month, so I probably wouldn’t see any changes for a month or two. My nails are looking good though, as a lot of the hair growth vitamins also help with nail growth!

I love the peach flavored vitamin so much I’m cancelling subscription of another vitamin. If you can get past the rubberiness of this vitamin then it’s the vitamin for you. (I haven’t taken them long enough to make a difference in my hair.)

It’s hard to review these as a long term item for hair growth however as a gummy supplement I can say these are high quality gummies with a good taste. Gummies are always a good alternative if you don’t care for swallowing pills.
