Used to be decent, included fiber as well. Swapped to mostly sugar alcohol and I couldn’t swallow it, literally spit it out

When I first tried these I thought there would be no way I could get past the taste. Tried a different flavor I found more tolerable and now I order them regularly because I actually feel a difference in and out of the gym when I’m taking these gummies. They have a gritty- tart taste.

While taking this supplement I noticed having great energy, memory, and attention. I typically take creatine supplement at night after dinner before bed. Almost immediately I noticed some very vivid dreams, very close to lucid dreams. My dreams were more powerful and potent than they typically are. While I had some time off from work, I noticed I was tired a lot, but felt I should have had the energy to do more. I was able to perform past certain limitation in the gym. I cycled off this supplement and felt everything crash. I was still able to perform in the gym, but noticed motivation and drive were low.
I believe the ingredients in this supplement are all quality, Creatine, L-theanine, l-tyrosine, and b12. All good stuff for the general user. However, I would be aware when taking this supplement that Huperzine A effects everyone differently. While using the supplement, I felt great. But when cycling off, I felt in an almost depressive and anxious state.
That being said, nootropics are not to be taken lightly in my opinion. Prior to purchase do your research on the supplements contained in this product. It does not out right in the title say that it contains Huperzine A. 50mcg is a relatively low dose in the nootropics community, it is proven to have affects, but also may have negative side effects.
These gummies do have a sour taste, but aren’t too horribly unpleasant to put down.

I had high hopes for these .. i got the blueberry flavor, they are super sour and the texture is off. They have a sand like dense texture when you bite into them and chew. I not a fan. I had high hopes for these.
