I’m a personal trainer and searched specifically for 3rd party lab tested creatine gummies. These came up on the list of reliable brands and at the lowest price point, so I gave them a try. SIGNIFICANTLY better flavor than one of the top name brands out there, I cancelled my subscription after trying these. Gummies will always be more pricey than powder but the convenience is worth it if the product is legit. Many creatine gummies are not. These are. Will order again!

You can tell these have creatine in them, because they are so chalky and taste terrible. Unfortunately in buying a gummy, I was hoping for a great tasting easy to eat way to get in creatine. These are disgusting!

Assuming these are of good quality creatine, I’m going to judge them on flavor and value. I found these to be very affordable and fairly tasty. I think they could be a little bit more affordable, so I gave them a 4 out of 5 stars. I also think they could be a tiny bit tastier, so I gave them a 4 out of 5 stars. Do they work? I think they helped with my recovery and allowed me to work out up to 6 days a week whereas last year when I wasn’t taking creatine I struggled with working out 4-5 days a week. I just finished my first bottle and haven’t been on it for about a week and in general, my motivation has been less. Not sure if it’s just the lousy weather and constant cloudiness around where I live, or if it’s the lack of creatine in my diet.

I bought this because the display photo shows you get 5gms of creatine per serving, so I thought it was worth the money for a three month supply. However, upon receiving it, the label I only shows 1gm of creative per serving. Anyone looking for 5gms requires taking 5 gummies, one bottle won’t last three weeks.
Despite this, I’ll still try it out because I was looking for an alternative to powder creatine.

These creatine gummies are great. They taste really well and they are so much easier than mixing a powder creatine! I highly recommend!

These are priced well and while the taste is not great, they are not horrible. You must take 5 each day to equal the 5 grams of creatine recommended, so that’s 75 calories a day from the gummies. Seems excessive.
