Odd flavor. They are of mediocre quality for a gummy and only have given me a mild boost. After less than 2 weeks, I’ve noticed that the gummies have gotten hard and tacky, despite being in a closed bottle. The taste is just alright, but not what I would expect for elderberry-flavored gummies. Easy way to get creatine, however. Country of origin and manufacturer info is hard to determine. So I don’t have a lot of experience with Creatine supplements, but I like this one. I appreciate that it has no sugar and yet still tastes good – it does taste like a slightly less sweet gummy candy. I’m not sure if it builds muscle, but I do feel like it increases my energy. Overall I recommend this and am hoping that with use over time I’ll notice increased muscle mass as well.

I am working on getting into shape for the summer biking and hiking season. I have taken Creatine supplements in the past, normally powders, and while they worked they typically were not pleasant to drink so I would quit using them. I saw these strawberry flavored gummies and decided to give them a try.
Each recommended dosage (5000mg) is two gummies, which are shown in one of the photos. The good news is the strawberry flavor is good. I started chewing one at a time, but now chew both at the same time since they are relatively small, easy to chew, and taste good. Since the flavor is good, I expect that sticking with these will not be an issue.
I have used these now on multiple workouts and while you do not feel a huge boost my workouts have been strong and my energy level stays high. These also advertise help with recovery making it easier to workout more often since your muscles recover more quickly between workouts. In addition to the positives mentioned, I have taken these both on an empty and full stomach and have not had any adverse effects or feelings which is important because I workout at different times of the day and cannot always eat beforehand.
This supplement comes with 60 gummies, with a 2-gummy recommended dosage. If you take them daily, that will give you a full month supply. If you do not workout daily, they will last you even longer. Overall, if you are looking for a creatine supplement, this is an easy to take option that at least for me tastes good.

I’ve started experimenting with taking creatine for workouts, and wanted to try these gummies. The gummies are nice and portable so you can take them with you to a workout easier than you can a powder form. The strawberry flavor is pleasant and being sugar-free is a must have for me. 5000mg is plenty of creatine, so I would recommend these for people looking for a pleasant portable way to take your creatine.
