These Pompss creatine gummies are the easy way to get the creatine you want. 4 gummies equals one 5 gram serving. So the 120 count container should last around a month. So less than a month if you are in the loading phase. Very cool reusable container. These gummies are delicious by the way. I like the mixed berry taste. Have been using them for a few weeks and like the results. Price is pretty high. But so far I am satisfied.

POMPSS’s Creatine Monohydrate Gummies (5g/serving, 120 gummies, 40 servings) taste great and are an easy way to take in creatine—at a price.
I’ve been using creatine for a while in addition to whey protein for workouts to help with muscle development. These gummies do not disappoint in that regard, as I’ve seen the same development as I do from powders I use.
These taste great, and while they’re not sweetened with sugar, they are sweetened with stevia, one of the safest sugar substitutes. I would have been happier without any, but I digress.
The price is quite high, especially compared to the tub of creatine powder with 240 servings I got recently on Amazon for about half the price. For the price, I can’t recommend these gummies, even if they are good. Still, they’ll get a decent rating from me because of the product quality.

We typically use the Creatine powders, but this of course is way more convenient and better tasting. These taste AWESOME and have a really nice texture just like a gummy candy. I should have paid better attention…I love that there is no sugar, but I’m not a fan of the Stevia sweetener in these. I try to avoid Stevia. But, if you don’t care, then you’re going to love these. They taste naturally sweetened.
The serving size is 4 of these so one jar will only last you a month. The powder we purchase lasts us SEVERAL months and only runs $14.88 at WalMart. And, it works great. But that should give you a good comparison regarding value.
