They smell fruity like strawberry and are medium soft. They have a light sweetness and are easy to chew. My badge didn’t get stuck together they stayed as individual pieces for the most part. I think their reasonable quality and taste good I would get them again.

So I’ve been taking Creatine but they usually come in the form of powders to be mixed with glass of water which can become cumbersome and makes my stomach gurgle with too much fluid.

The only drawback is that it comes in a mylar bag rather than in a bottle. I do not like to put my hand inside the bag so I try to toss one or two gummies out carefully but that’s not easy. I end up sticking my “dirty” hand inside the bag. I have to make sure first that I wash my hands thoroughly first. I prefer in a bottle.
