These are cubed gummies with blue color inside that seems to leak out of most of them and cause them to stick together and possibly responsible for the odd smell. Not the best blueberry flavor but not the worst. Not sure if i believe that 5G is in 2 gummies.

Honestly, I could eat these like candy. They taste pretty good and have a nice texture.
I can’t say that I have felt anything in the creatine department when taking these, at least in comparison to a creatine powder.
Time will tell if there is any benefit from these.

Assuming the label is correct, you get 5g of Creatine in a serving! That’s huge for something so small. There are also other supplements that are found in some other pre-workouts, so just be aware that you’re not overdoing it.
Flavor is quite enjoyable. I didn’t even think I was taking a workout supplement. Texture is enjoyable as well, nice chew, without being overly hard or mushy.
If you’re on the go, these are great. A 30 day supply in a relatively small package. However, I do question if we are actually getting the full doses of everything listed, as 5000mg of something should be quite a large portion (compared to my powders).
No reported stomach issues on this one, so give it a try!
