I gobbled one down and was reminded why I always have at least a little bit of food when taking creatine after a minute. They’re a little bit gritty, a hard gummy, with a bit of pineapple flavor.
Suspiciously, they do claim to have 5g of creatine in just 2 gummies. I dropped 40 gummies on my scale to get an average mass of 2.65g per gummy. (It was 106g for the 40.) So, somehow, there’s 5g of creatine and another 4g of carbs in 5.3g of gummy. The 12 calories listed suggest it’s more like 3g of carbs, but that still doesn’t add up. Lucky for me, I don’t want a whole 5g dose, but I’d still like to know how much is really there.

Price is a bit high, but these have a good amount of creatine and a pleasant citrus taste (I think mainly pineapple). Note that there is a very similar version sold with the same branding; the only visible difference is that the other version’s label shows a lemon, and, the other version does taste more like lemon. Both are good, though I’d like to see a price closer to $15.

I’ve taken creatine monohydrate in pre-workouts in the past, and one of the issues a person can have is water being pulled into the large intestine and having to find a toilet quickly. The fact that these are gummies and do not require ingesting with a large amount of water helps prevent bathroom emergencies. The flavor of the pineapple version is pretty good. Lots of benefits to taking creatine even if you aren’t weight lifting. Would recommend.

I want to add creatine to my diet for a pre-workout boost and these gummies are a good source for it. I’m not a fan of taking big chalky pills or having to add powders to a smoothie. These gummies are easy to eat and I can control the dosed. It is pineapple flavored which didn’t really come across when I ate them. It is sweet but the pineapple flavor is very mild. I don’t want to overdue the dosing of creatine so I choose to only eat one of these per day before a workout. Good product, easy to use and accomplishes what I bought it for.

Creatine is about the only bodybuilding supplement worth considering (yes, even if your high school coach told you to avoid it). At my age, I need all the help I can get. Of course, dry scooping powder into your mouth, choking, and blowing it out all over your kitchen is somewhat less than ideal. Gummies are where it’s at, but it is not unusual for them to taste grody.
These ones actually taste pretty good! Otherwise, as far as I can tell, they do what creatine does just fine, which is move water into the muscle cells to give extra size and endurance. Nice!
