Item description and title claims there is L-Taurine, Vitamin B12, Betaine Anhydrous, and Alpha GPC but the label does not disclose doses. Additionally there is nothing about it present on ingredients.
As far as creatine goes assuming the label is accurate this would be a good pure creatine supplement. It tastes fantastic and is not gritty at all. Its a shame they could not leave it at that and had to claim this contains other supplements which it clearly either doesn’t or doesn’t disclose. They should change the title and description to just creatine. For the price and how good it tastes this would be worth it even without the extras, so why claim its there. Honestly makes me concerned for if it actually has the claimed creatine, but I have no way to test that.

These are great. I had expected something more tart, but they managed to get a lot of creatine in each one. They’re a bit larger than I expected, but it’s a great way to get creatine as a tasty snack. I rarely have anything gummie because I don’t like gelatin. All the ingredients in these are vegan-friendly. I also like the instructions, which are clearly written and have good advice on combining these with exercise. I had gotten out of the creatine habit because I got tired of messing with the powders. These I keep on my desk, and never fail to eat three a day.

These are really tasty gummies that also provide nutritional supplementation. They taste great (almost like strawberry candy). they’re easy to chew and swallow. Because they taste good it’s easier to remember to take them regularly. The hard part is not eating too many.
I appreciate the convenience of being able to take creatine in the form of a gummy, instead of having to mix the creatine powder into a smoothie or something. Saves so much time and effort.

The feeling is gummier than what I’m normally used to but the taste is good. I like the ingredients and convenience of taking these on the go or keeping them in a locker for use before/after workouts. The price is reasonable and within the price point you would expect to pay for this item.

Strawberry always ends up being my favorite flavor for gummies, I love that they made these that flavor! These have been soft and easy to take with a nice fruity flavor. They’re a pretty good value as well compared to some similar items.

I usually use powder but when I’m traveling, carrying a powdery white substance in 5 gram baggies gets the TSA all agitated, so I like to have chewables around. Some of the tablets are just nasty in terms of mouth feel, so I like the Gummy option. These taste great and seem to provide the same benefits as powders and tablets. Price seems reasonable as well and I will buy more down the road.
