I am not a health nut nor do I take a whole lot of supplements. But I no longer am young but need to finish my final building project – my home for retirement. Anything that has potential to help the muscles, including the heart, is very welcomed. I just ordered this because it looked interesting, and you almost never can go wrong with a strawberry gummie.
But I was a little disappointed to see the standard dose was four gummies. That means only 15 servings per bottle. I’m figuring I will stick with two a day. At least I can get a month out of a bottle that way. These come with the typical top seal that you need long fingernails to remove, but unlike others the seal is thin enough to puncture with your finger, so that helps. The gummies are quite firm, although it is rather cool out and I have a feeling as these warm they might get a bit softer. The strawberry flavor is fairly mild, and these contain no sugar.
I will not debate the pros and cons of creatine and its impact on performance, but for me, lifting heavy beams and wall sections, particularly with a broken back, I will accept any added help I can find. As with virtually any supplement or medication, moderation seems to be a wise course of action.

I tried these out and while I can’t say for sure whether or not they worked, they were easy to eat which is a big plus. I was taking other supplements on top of these and I did notice I had better memory and concentration, but if it was from these specifically I couldn’t say for sure. I’m happy with them though.

My bottles of Nutrothy Creatine Monohydrate Gummies came well packaged in a two pack with tamper evident seals in place. Creatine is used by many to enhance endurance and muscle energy and this product contains 5000mg in each four gummy dose, which would make these two bottles a 30 day supply.
Like anyone else I like the idea of taking gummies instead of swallowing pills especially if the gummies are soft with a burst of flavor. While the gummies are cute little bears they are very chewy and stick in your teeth so I try to avoid chewing it near teeth with a filling. You then have to pick at the gummy in your teeth afterwards which isn’t enjoyable.
I feel as though I have enhanced energy after taking these gummies and I believe it has quality ingredients. I also like that it also contains other ingredients like taurine, B12, Alpha GPC and Beta Anhydrous. Beta Anhydrous is involved in the liver function and in cellular reproduction and Alpha GPC is believed to support learning skills and thinking.
I would order this product again but I do wish they offered a more enjoyable gummy texture and flavor.

I have been riding my bike a lot and it takes a toll on my muscles. I have been taking these for few weeks and seems to help. Certainly has not hurt me at all. These are sugar free and has a mild strawberry flavor so I don’t have a problem taking them.

I’ve reviewed a fair number of these at this point, and these are probably some of the most expensive so far…and they don’t really warrant the increased price.
The Good:
* They aren’t too sweet
* The gummies are a little firmer than some other brands, which I actually prefer from a chewing standpoint
* I’m in the maintenance phase, so 4 gummies per day will last me a full month
* They are sugar free
The Meh:
* The flavor is more “Strawberry Adjacent”. Where I am, it’s been strawberry season for several weeks and while I don’t expect a gummy to taste exactly like the real thing…this is obviously artificially flavored.
* This drives the following “Bad” issue, but you need to take 4 gummies to get 5000mg, which drives the cost up per serving
The Bad:
* These are 15-50% more expensive than alternatives, and there’s really nothing about these that justifies that dramatic of an increase in price
The Verdict:
I have to assume that these will work as well as any others I’ve purchased, and I’m pretty convinced these come from the same factory as other’s I’ve gotten, used and reviewed. The label is almost identical with the exception of the brand name and the picture of the fruit flavor. The ingredients are the same, the shape is the same, the bottle is the same (down to the numbers on the bottom), the nutrition information is identical…so I’m sure they all come from the same place. Which means there is zero reason for these to be any more expensive than the others you can find on Amazon ($29.99 at time of review).
Due to cost and not loving the flavor, I probably won’t purchase these again when the time comes. They aren’t bad, just overpriced.

This is my first time trying pre-workout gummies. I really like the consistency of the gummy, it is firm and not overly squishy. The taste is okay … close to strawberry, but just not. I have noticed better endurance when taking them before hitting the treadmill.
