I ordered these because they also included Alpha GPC & Taurine. I’ve taken them in the past, and thought it would be great to have them included in gummies as opposed to buying them separately as pills. And I assumed the dosages for the serving size (3 gummies) would be the typical daily dose. And I was very wrong. Here are the typical dosages of the supplements vs the dosage in the gummies:
Alpha GPC typical dosage: 600 mg
ALpha GPC gummies dosage: 50mg
L-Taurine typical dosage: 1000 mg
L-taurine gummies dosage: 150 mg
Betaine Anhydrous typical dosage: 1500 mg
Betaine Anhydrous gummies dosage: 150 mg
With the dosing of the additional supplements being so low, why even bother including them?
I also ordered a different brand of creatine gummies that don’t contain any additional supplements – just creatine. Both gummies contain the same amount of creatine per serving – 5000 mg. These Wiszeen gummies say 3 gummies per serving, and are very small – smaller than Welch’s fruit snacks. The other gummies that only contain creatine are 4 gummies per serving, and are at least twice the size of these. So it really makes me wonder if it’s even possible to pack all of these ingredients into 3 little gummies.

Update: I sent an email to the corporate email of this company more than a month ago regarding their false advertising and misleading statements. Surprisingly they have not responded.
I purchased this product several months ago and the serving size was 3 gummies. I purchased it again last month and they changed it to 6 gummies per serving. There is no picture of the back of the jar so no way to know that they changed it. Also the video they have says 3 gummies per serving. Also Product Information says “60” servings per container and that is completely false. Only 15 servings per container.

These gummies make adding creatine to your workout routine quick and painless. The gummies have a great, smooth texture and I find the grape flavor delicious. The gummies are small and each one has app. 0.8g of creatine inside. I wish that it was rounded up to 1g of creatine in each gummy for easier math, but it is not that big of a deal. These gummies are easy to take with you in your bag and to enjoy wherever your workout is taking place. The gummies hit your system pretty quickly and help with energy during your workout and recovery afterwards. I have not experienced any stomach upset or side effects while taking these gummies, but I do take a small dose. These gummies are great if you are looking to get away from using a creatine powder.

These little purple, heart shaped gummies have a pleasant grape falvor and seem to provide the desired impact with recovery after a workout. They are a bit smaller than other gummie based supplements, but the serving size is three compared to the typical two, so it all works out in the end. They are nice and soft and the grape flavor is about spot on with some good grape juice. Some creatine monohydrate supplements have me feeling dehydrated or can give me some muscle cramps, but I think these work quite well at giving me the benefits I am looking for without causing any side effects.
The gummies come in a wide mouth plastic container with a screw on lid. The container is clear plastic, so it won’t block sunlight and you will want to keep it stored in a dark place. The lid seems to seal tight enough and I never found the gummies to have dried out (they stayed fresh). There is a manufacture date and expiration date printed on the bottom (no lot number sadly), but it is in black ink and can be difficult to read up against the dark purple gummies.

I think every sort of supplement and vitamin would be better in gummy form.
That said, I’ve always hated the gritty texture of creatine mixtures, which doesn’t mix as well as whey powder. These gummies actually taste good and don’t have any grit or aftertaste. You get the full 5g of creatine per serving of 3 tiny gummies.
I’ve taken a serving and lifted weights about 30 minutes later, and the effect is obvious. It’s definitely creatine, and provides the normal boost. I expected it to take longer to enter the blood stream vs powder mix, but this works plenty quickly.
Overall I’m very impressed with this product. If I had to complain about something, it would be that the gummies like to stick to one another, making it an extra chore to separate for the proper dose. Also, I noticed that the gummies were frequently cut, and smaller shreds were mixed in. Minor complaints though.

I have repurchased these several times because they taste just like candy but my last order they are old and not fresh, all glued together and have a crunchy outside on each gummy
