This is a pretty standard gummy supplement, but it does have an interesting strawberry flavor. It’s bordering on strawberry creme, but that’s a good thing in my book. The texture is soft with an easy bite and little, if any, getting stuck in teeth.
I have to admit, I do like that I get to take four gummies. I know they’re not meant to snack on, but… well… Anyhow, they have the pretty typical amount of creatine in many high potency gummies. It is nice that it’s just a blast of creatine, as I get plenty of residual vitamins and minerals in other gummies I take. Decent price, and even better if you can catch the 20% coupon. Definitely worth a try for any novice trying to build up a little extra strength.

Im into using creatine powder but I found this one and ordered to see if this would be a good one for me. After trying one gummy I was confused cos the bottle seal cover has a mark “pet”. I assumed this is for pets however I already swallowed one gummy.
This is very confusing cos the product label never said it’s for pets but I love myself and would never take something that I’m doubtful.

I take creatine every morning to help with my morning workout and to give me some additional “clarity” mentally throughout the day. I don’t really know how much it works or if it really helps but I feel better throughout the day typically.
Anyway, these seem as effective as my other name-brand gummies. They taste good and are good on my stomach as well. I tend to start the day “fasted” and have had trouble with vitamins and supplements on an empty stomach but these don’t seem to cause any issues.
Anyway, I do recommend these if you are looking for a creatine supplement.

I like the flavor of these gummies and much prefer them over the creative powders. The taste is good and they’re easier and more convenient to take, plus no terrible aftertaste. The dosage is right; however, there are only actually 30 servicing in the container where it advertises 120 gummies because you have to take three per serving. The value isn’t quite as good as the powders.

Creatine is one of a handful of supplements that I believe benefit athletes and their recovery time.
This particular brand tastes good and cuts down helps me recover faster. I like gummies because they are less work compared to ghe powdered version.
