• Miscellaneous Comments:
◦ I have another creatine supplement I recently received for review with an almost identical supplement facts breakdown. I suspect these companies may be the same (the previous one I reviewed is now de-listed from Amazon). The problem I had with this formulation previously was the product page did not list the ingredients other than the Creatine, which I personally had a problem with since I wanted something that contained just pure Creatine and nothing else. This is because I go to the gym late at night and do not want anything keeping me awake. Well, this time around I would say this formulation is OK since it’s labeled as not just a Creatine supplement, but as a pre-workout. Since it contains things like Alpha-GPC and Taurine, some people may feel more energy after taking this (I know that I personally do). This is OK for a pre-workout, not so much if you are trying to sleep, so keep that in mind when you are consuming this.
◦ Unfortunately there’s not much information on this company, and I was not able to find any website or contact information. I would say, proceed with caution. The actual formulation isn’t bad and I would personally be OK with taking this if I knew more information about the origins of the company, their history (if any), manufacturing/lab practices, sourcing for ingredients, etc…

For these creatine gummies, the flavor is there, but these may be some of the worst I’ve had in terms of texture. They get so stuck in your mouth. I can’t imagine eating the full serving. 2 is hard enough to chew. I’ve had cliff block gels easier to get through.
I automatically ding all supplements that aren’t third party certified (NSF or Informed Choice), so that’s one star down for these guys. Remember friends, the FDA doesn’t regulate our supplement industry so we don’t actually know what’s in our supplements! If you’re a drug-tested athlete, I would not recommend these.
Frankly, I’ve had better tasting ones too, so I’m not a fan of these and would not get again. The little extra vitamins are common, and I do appreciate that it only takes 4 gummies to get a full serving. But again, I’ve had better.

The taste is great, the gummies are a little hard to chew but definitely dissolves. Great in flavor and the gummy gets the job done

There’s not much to add to the headline. These are perfect for what they are, and I’m going to keep using them. I hate the gritty feel of powder creatine, and I stopped taking it for years because of that. These are perfect, and they just taste and feel like regular gummies. It’s easer to take these than to remember to mix some powder into a protein shake every day, which I often to forget to do on days I don’t work out. All in all, each serving has 5 grams of creatine, which is the amount you need, and it’s easier to get that from a couple gummies than a serving of powder. I’m never going back to the old way of taking creatine. We’re in the future with the gummies lol. This and some water post-workout is all you need. 10/10 high recommend
