There’s 100mg of Ubiquinone in these gummies. Ubiquinone is the oxidized form of Coenzyme Q10, and ubiquinol is the reduced form. Ubiquinol is typically more thought of as more bioavailable and absorbed in the body, however that’s not to say that the ubiquinone in these gummies aren’t effective as well. I like how easy it is to chew and swallow as opposed to a pill form which are usually pretty big from other brands. The taste is not bad as well. The only gripe I have is the added 3g of added sugars, which may not be much in the grand scheme of things, but still something I would want to avoid given Im taking this supplement for better health. Ubiquinone is thought of to be fat soluble so I take 2 of the gummies after a meal as opposed to when I have an empty stomach. Supposedly more of the ubiquinone gets absorbed when taken with a fatty meal.

These are some of the sweetest and mushiest gummies I’ve ever tasted, it’s unappealing for me. I’ve tasted a lot of gummy vitamins and for sure there are others that have taste or texture issues and this isn’t the worst but I wouldn’t want to repurchase it myself. I would prefer a fruit-sweetened gummy that is just barely sweet enough to not taste bad & lower sugar per gummy, also a bit more firm. They don’t stick on my teeth as badly as some, but it’s so literally like damp sugar granules with the texture that they do stick a little and make me want to wash my mouth out after consumption. People who want a really sweet gummy that seems like dessert will like this one more. The fruit flavoring itself is not bad – they say it’s berry but it seems a bit like peach-raspberry to me, even kinda like orange?
On the vitamin end, 200mg CoQ10 as ubiquinone is a average dose for many people for many uses in addition to fertility. I’ve gone back and forth between both forms and in really high doses you will probably get enough either way but you should pair with a fatty meal regardless. Most people can safely take even higher doses of CoQ10 and I would like to see a gummy with more along with lines of 600mg CoQ10 so I wouldn’t have to take horse pills for that dose. I’m actually stacking this gummy with another CoQ10 + PQQ pill I take. This is not the most value-oriented way to take CoQ10 although it’s a more expensive supplement in general. CoQ10 can be useful for increasing energy, cognitive enhancement and decreasing blood pressure & blood sugar. Some people need to take a lower dosage to avoid side effects like headaches and anxiety, while others don’t see much benefit until they go up to a higher dosage like 300mg, 400mg or more. It is definitely a supplement to consider if you are over 50. You might also like to stack CoQ10 with high quality magnesium (in the correct form that suits your actual needs) and shilajit. And as this particular CoQ10 is being marketed toward fertility – you may want to supplement as much as 600mg for better quality sperm, eggs & ovarian function (so ideally both the male and female involved in making the baby should be taking CoQ10 and give it some time to work on your body).
Overall, if you hate taking pills and need CoQ10, this product could be worth a try.

I got this “Natalist CoQ10 Gummies Daily Fertility Vitamin” for my parents. This product is significantly more expensive than similar products with only 30 servings. I also am unsure if this product is made in the USA or not.
On the positive side, the gummy form makes it very easy to consume and it tastes not bad.
Overall I will hesitate to recommend this product due to the poor value. I hope you find this review helpful and I appreciate that.

Arrived in a packing box that was quite crushed. It is a lot bigger than the product. But since very few people will want to give this as a gift, I don’t think a crushed box is overly important to me.
Type 1 clear plastic bottle. Not very full, but mostly, maybe 10 more would fit. Since 60 is a standard amount, this is good.

I take CoQ10 to counteract statins and not for reproductive health, so I can’t respond to those particular manufacturer claims. Statins can reduce CoQ10 levels, resulting in severe muscle cramping in susceptible individuals like me. Taking CoQ10 apparently raises the level of this important nutrient, reducing and even eliminating the side effects of CoQ10 deficiency. Within a few weeks of starting CoQ10 supplements, I noticed a reduction in the severity of muscle cramping in my legs, shoulders, arms, hands and fingers. The pain had been severe enough to prevent sleep, and I was also unable to move without serious discomfort and pain during the day.
Diagnosed as a CoQ10 deficiency, I was prescribed a daily dose of 100-200 mg per day, depending on the efficacy of the amount. 100 mg seems to be effective, so this bottle containing 60 gummies, and a daily suggested use of two gummies per day, now equals a two month supply: which helps to mitigate this product’s relatively steep price tag somewhat. The flavor of these gummies may be orange, but both apricot and peach are also a possibility. In any case, they are orange in color. The gummies aren’t too sweet, containing 3 mg of sugar per two gummy serving. There’s also a nominal 10 mg level of sodium per two gummy serving. These gummies are effective, they taste good (whatever that flavor is), and seem to be well manufactured. They are a bit on the pricey side, so if you can manage to reduce the dose without impacting its efficacy, you will ease some of the strain on your wallet.
