Was taking choline capsules until I came by these choline gummies. So delicious and easy to take every day when on the go. I have been taking choline since I lost my gallbladder and it had caused me to get pancreatitis before it was removed, due to a stone getting lodged in my bile duct. Choline helps metabolize fats and move cholesterol out of the liver and keeps it tidy. I have had no effects once switching to the gummies. No stomach issues or metabolizing issues. I usually can tell when my body is off now that I went through so much with my gallbladder and a lot since it’s been removed. I take tudca as well as digestive enzymes along with extra choline supplementation on top. This supplement seems to do just as good as the capsules I usually take. I’m a huge fan of the gummy form and plan to buy a bottle once this bottle I have is gone.

These have a sort of artificial strawberry taste that is not at all unpleasant, and I have noticed both an uptick in my dream recall and my day-to-day cognition in general after incorporating them into my daily vitamin intake. The texture is nice and doesn’t get stuck to your teeth or gums. They also aren’t too much trouble to get out from the container; they don’t get fused together in a giant eldritch horror ball of bears. I recommend especially if you’ve recently needed to take DPH-containing cold medicine, as those are anticholinergic and I feel like it helps to have a little choline boost afterwards to get the noggin revved up again.

However, for a 1 month supply, $20 might be a bit cost prohibitive when you need to add in other more comprehensive supplements during pregnancy.

The bottle shipped in a padded envelope but it was triple sealed. The whole bottle was sealed in a plastic heat shrink, the lid had the seal on it, and then the opening of the bottle was sealed with foil.
One thing is for sure and it’s that I can say it definitely wasn’t tampered with before I received it.
The gummies are soft and don’t stick to each other. At first taste I was like “eh it’s ok” but the more I chewed, I really enjoyed it and wanted to eat more. They are actually pretty tasty, more like a generic berry, but nothing discernable. The amazon description shows “strawberry”, ummmm maybe.
I’ve never even heard of choline & inositol before but after reading up on the benefits, I was excited to snatch it up.
A serving size is 2 gummies per day and eat on an empty stomach. That’s interesting, but ok no problem.
The bottle contains 60 gummies for a month supply.
I would have given this 5 stars, but I can’t tell where this stuff was made. I would probably win a bet to say it was not made in the U.S. and still I’m wondering why these supplement suppliers are not indicating country of manufacture. For that reason I took one star. IF we are going to be informed on what we consume, we need to be able to be fully informed and that includes knowing what manufacturing standards we can expect. I don’t care about all the “GMP” stamps on the bottle. Anyone can put that on there and still make this in their back yard in China somewhere.
I appreciate that this comes in a gummy, otherwise I would have never considered it. I don’t care for pills and many times pill supplements are flushed out before you can even digest them.
SO far, I’m alive without any negative effects, but things like this take a while to show any positive effects too.
