I didn’t care for these; the texture was off. Flavor was okay but the texture was as if these gummies sat for quite a long time before they arrived to me. Collogen is a great a supplement and I try to take some daily, but these gummies were not for me.

These gummies are yummy! I have heard a lot of buzz about the benefits of collagen and wanted to try out a collagen supplement to help with my hair, skin, and nails. I prefer to take gummy supplements for the ease of digestion and so far have enjoyed these collagen supplements. They come in a cute heart shape, have a nice texture, and have a pleasant citrus flavor. I haven’t taken these long enough to speak to the overall health benefits of using them, but I’m hopeful to see improvements in my hair, skin, and nails over time. These taste nice and fuitie but have an odd, waxy texture that I was not expecting. Gummies are usually semi-hard jellies, where as these are more of wax chews. They aren’t bad, just odd. As for how effective they are, I will leave that to the experts.

I’ve been using a lot of different product that contain collagen in different forms, including capsules, gummies, and powders to be mixed in shakes.
There are several types of collagen: This one is derived from marine sources (fish scales and skin), which is considered type I. That’s my favored source.
These gummies provide a higher dose per serving than other collagen gummies I’ve tried. It’s important to keep in mind that with some products the dose is listed in micrograms (mcg), which may lead one to think that the dose is higher than it is. A similar product I tried recently was listed as providing 50,000 mcg. That’s 50 milligrams (mg). This formula provides 99 mg, which is better than average based on my experience.
Note that these don’t contain sugar, but they do contain sugar alcohols, which are typically used in many “sugar-free” products, such as sugarless gum. This is not a negative aspect in my book.
These have a somewhat fruity flavor that I like. Taking two per day this will last one month, which I think is good: Recommended.

They weren’t that tasty. They aren’t like gummy bears. More like gritty gummy candy. The kind of deteriorate in your mouth. Taste is bearable but weird. I feel like they work great. Collagen helps with muscle restoration. When taking I felt my muscles didn’t ache as much. Very satisfied customer.
