I adore that these gummies have no sugar or any of the needless stuff so you’re just getting what you pay for without any side trash. The gummies taste great despite the lack of sugar and I can’t imagine anyone having problems eating them. The collagen complex here is not as powerful in terms of total grams compared to dedicated hydrolyzed collagen powders, this product has 2500mg compared to powder’s with collagen, biotin, hyaluronic acid etc. packing around 8-9000mg of the collagen complex. However, it does make up for it with an assortment of other vitamins, including Zinc and Keratin. It makes it quite desirable if you don’t usually take other vitamin supplements as you get a healthy amount in this package, making it rather flexible and accommodating. Hair, nails and skin continue to grow nicely while on these gummies too. While it may be a turn off for the lower collagen complex compared to powders, or the added vitamins if you don’t want to exceed daily limits, it might be exactly what someone is looking for to round out their supplement plan. I like to take collagen powder in the morning and then these gummies at night. 🙂

I got these to help with my hair. I had a baby when I was 45 and some health problems and I started losing my hair. I’ve taken other things and they seem to help, but I’m not consistent in taking them. I’ve taking these daily and I notice that my hair looks a lot healthier and feels a lot better. I have also noticed that my hair is filling in on the sides (where I noticed that most of my thinning). I’m very happy with the way this is going. Thankfully the gummies taste good. I ate these thinking they were vegan (since the label says “VEGAN GUMMIES”) but I don’t understand what their source of vegan collagen *is.* Normally vegan collagen supplements contain the materials that your body needs to build up its own collagen, rather than “actual” collagen. “Actual” collagen comes from animal parts. This label purports to contain collagen Type I, II, III, V, and X. Here’s what that means:
Type I
Found in hair, skin, nails, bones, tendons, and ligaments.
Type II
Found in cartilage and the gut.
Type III
Found in skin, ligaments, muscles, and blood vessels.
Type V
Found in the eyes.
Type X
Found in the bones and joints.
This means that it contains all those animal parts, from some unknown type of animal. Could be cows, pigs, chickens, fish; it doesn’t specify, which is not a good sign.
If you like eating eyeballs and believe that it will magically transfer itself to your eyeballs, then enjoy. These strawberry flavored gummies are delicious.
But since the label has at least one blatant lie on it, I wonder how what else is or isn’t in them. Hope this helps.

Sometimes I use collagen drink mix powder, but sometimes when I’m not in the mood for that I like being able to have these gummies to chew up instead. They have a great flavor (strawberry), and are easy to chew. They come in cute little bear shapes. The serving size is 2 gummies and you get two bottles with the order. Since I don’t taken them every day, these should last me several months!
