This is a good mushroom supplement if you are looking for the best of many types – 10 to be exact. How these various mushrooms work together is anybody’s guess. There is 250mg of mushrooms, but how much of each of the 10 are in the 2-gummy serving is a mystery. It’s just a “blend”.
The flavor on the bottle is “Natural Raspberry Flavor”. That might be if the raspberries are coated in mushroom dust. The taste of the mushrooms does come through. Not bad, but not great either.
These are “Made in the USA from globally sourced ingredients”. At least that’s what the Amazon description said. There is nothing like that on the bottle that I could find.
The expiration date on my bottle is 01/2026, which is a good expiration date. However, since there is no manufactured date it’s hard to tell.
Here is the problem I have with these gummies. The ingredient list for the mushrooms are all “10:1 extract”. Says who? What proof? The gummies probably can be tested for 250mg of something, but how accurate is the extraction process? What safeguards are in place to ensure that you are really getting that equivalent mushroom? Maybe because they are an unspecified blend it doesn’t matter.

I’ve never taken mushroom supplements but i gotta say, there’s really something to these.
I find myself not running into situations where i have a word on the tip of my tongue, it’s subtle stuff like that requires some introspection to deduce…
No weird odors, neutral taste, no bloating or gas.
Seems like a good dosage and mixture for a novice like myself.

The reputation of mushroom consumption for good health is an added benefit for dietary food mushrooms I eat regularly (even raw), so it’s a natural extension to add a diverse mushroom supplement to my regimen. Since taste varies for the types in this product’s complement, the masking flavor is a good idea for gummies style of consumption. So… variety (10-in-one) with the natural benefits at a price I can’t beat with the culinary ‘shrooms.

I was excited to try this mushroom gummy supplement. I like that it is made in a GMP certified facility and has third-party testing! It is non-GMO and vegan, with a pleasant taste. The product claims to have a 10–1 mushroom blend and has a pleasant raspberry flavor. While I cannot speak yet to the benefits of taking this supplement, it is easy to take and very convenient. I like this much better than traditional capsules. The supplement does contain sugars, my only reason for not giving it five stars. Hopefully, they will be able to offer a sugar-free option soon! I plan to update my review after taking this for a longer period of time.

These gummies have a pretty good taste. It has been keeping me regular. I usually do the powder and mix with my coffee but it’s too hot for coffee for me.
