I just started taking these gummies so I cannot give you a rundown on changes long term but I can say in just the few days I have been taking magnesium I have seen a few changes that are not common so unless I find something else out I feel it is related to the magnesium. First is bowel movements. I am in my late 40’s and ever since I hit my mid 40’s I have noticed that my regular once or twice a day bathroom stop is not as regular anymore. Lately I have been suddenly back to a bit more regular schedule with this. Whether or not it is just coincidence or it is related to the fiber in these gummies I don’t know but all I can say is it has been shockingly pleasant to feel regular again.
Another change I have noticed immediately the first day is….I am the kind of guy who is up very early, when I say early I mean 4:30am, I hit it hard all day, work, work, and more work, but by 8pm at night I am in my chair with my wife next to me and one of us is usually sawing logs (snoring asleep) within 30 minutes. Lately is has been her first and she is not taking these magnesium pills. I have suddenly found myself hitting late hours and not falling asleep, but with that I will also say when I finally do go to bed I have not been sleeping as easily as normal so it has a bit of an up/down with that. I am glad I am not sleeping at 8pm, but I don’t want to be wide awake at 11pm either especially since I get up so early. None the less I believe that will regulate itself out, and everything else (could be a placebo effect) but I don’t think so. I think these may be the real deal.

These gummies have a bit of a citrus like taste mixed with the raspberry that is very nice. Easy way to get your daily dose of magnesium. Plus it has a couple B vitamins, zinc and D3 to help with calcium absorption.

I have been taking magnesium regularly at night for the past year. I recently switched to this one within the last 30 days and so far it seems to be working really well. I have to take gummies because I have a hard time swallowing pills and if it’s a gummy, I’ll remember to take it which I know sounds silly. These have a different texture that I had to kind of get used to at first compared to other gummies I’ve taken, but the taste is really good and I like the high dose. These are a good price – especially since you get two 30 day supplies!

Not the best gummy texture…quite firm and breaks into pieces when you bite down on it. The magnesium is magnesium citrate which is absorbed okay, but magnesium glycinate is considered the superior form. (It is very important to be careful with these supplements to prevent getting too much of any of the ingredients. Some reports say taking calcium & D3 together can increase risk of stroke and renal stones, risk increases as the amount you take increases.)

I’ve been taking magnesium citrate to help counteract one of the side effects related to taking semaglutide/Wegovy (iykyk). The ones I had been using were a well known grocery store brand of gummies, but they were loaded with sugar, expensive when not on sale, and less than half the dosage of these.
These are only 8 calories a serving with 0g sugar, and are sweetened with stevia and monk fruit! No artificial sweeteners, and they taste pretty good. At 500mg/serving or 250mg per gummy, I may only take one of these instead of 2 as my previous dose was 200mg. So these 2 bottles will last me 4 months. What a bargain! Another plus is that these include B6, D, calcium, manganese, and zinc piccolinate which my old brand did not. And they’re made in the US which I like as well. Win/win!

For a sugar free gummy, these taste amazing! The serving size is 2 gummies a day, and the provided amount in this kit is 2 bottles of 60; so 2 months of product if taken as recommended. That’s enough time to tell if it’s helping or not, with ample time to reorder if desired. So that is much appreciated!
The Gummy sizes are appropriate, not too big and just chewy enough to enjoy the flavor.
I’m always looking for new ways to get those needed supplements into my daily routine, and a tasty gummy is never a bad choice lol
The calories per serving is 8, which seems about on par with other product of this type, or even a little on the lower end, which is nice.

Magnesium is extremely important for your body to function. This magnesium seems to absorb very easily in the gummies are soft and tasty. They don’t have any extra dyes or sweeteners and they seem to be exactly what else looking for. I highly recommend.
