I like these calcium gummies, much better than chalky pills. The mixed fruit flavor is pleasant but not exciting. These are a great source of calcs.

I have a calcium deficiency so I got these to supplement my diet. They have a pleasant fruity taste. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. Only time will tell if they improve my calcium level, but for now I am happy with these gummies..

This is such an easy way to take your calcium supplements. My usual way to get 1200 Mg of calcium are 2 large tablets, sometimes they are quite difficult to swallow and get stuck in my throat because they are so large. These gummies are like a candy treat! I like that these gummies also contain the recommended amount of Vitamin D, along with vitamins A, C, E, K, B 6 & 12, biotin, 200 mg of magnesium and zinc. They are sugar free, yeast, wheat, eggs,gluten, soy, gelatin, peanut, shellfish, dairy-free, They are also free of artificial sweeteners, colors, flavors, preservative, and salicylates. Fully chew the gummies before swallowing for better absorption. This is a 1 month supply of calcium gummies.

The Whoyun Calcium Gummies for Women are quite tasty, which encourages me to keep up with taking my vitamins. The mixed fruit flavors are mild, not overwhelmingly sweet and do not leave a weird aftertaste. They are a soft gummy, easy to chew and have a good texture. What’s really nice is that they don’t stick together in the container which makes them easy to get out. And even better, these are a multivitamin and not just a calcium supplement. I really like all the supplements that are included so I don’t have to take a bunch of additional vitamins. These are great and would definitely get them again!

Like most seniors, I need to take two huge calcium pills each day to prevent osteoporosis. Like many seniors, I have a lot of pills to take and have trouble swallowing. I have a kid (young adult now) with osteoporosis, who needs to supplement Ca daily in substantive quantities. It has been a real struggle because she can’t swallow pills (plus Ca pills are horse-sized anyways). So we’ve done the liquids, the powders, etc. and they were always super hard for her to manage on her own. This one is like a god-send – it is so easy, pop a couple of gummies in your mouth and you’re good. Now I’m certain that the bioavailability and absorption rates are lower because of the form but in our case, I’ll settle for consistency and decent results over product excellence. The rest of the ingredients are very useful, if you’re also trying to squeeze in a semblance of a daily multivitamin and some of them support healthy Ca metabolism, so overall it’s a really good product for picky kids that need to get some extra supplementation.

My doctor recommends I take so many of these supplements and here they are all in one delicious gummy. I have to admit, even though I’m an “adult”, I prefer to have my vitamins and supplements in sweet gummy format. It makes me so much more likely to take them because they taste like candy. I like candy! These gummies have a good texture (not too chewy) and a good taste. They are sugar free. They do leave a very minimal after taste but it’s not bad. I love the supplements included in this mix. I’m a fan.

This is the closest thing to a multivitamin I have ever seen in a Calcium formula. Two gummies are a serving size, so I split…. one with breakfast & one with dinner. Due to this formula containing some fat-soluble vitamins, it is good to take it with food for best absorption.
It includes A, C, D3, K2, E, an array of B vitamins, and the minerals Calcium (citrate), Magnesium, and Zinc.
The Calcium is a generous 1200 mg per serving, and the Zinc is 10 mg (91% rda). The zinc is a welcome addition, especially for immune system during these winter months.
The Magnesium is only 200 mg but it is in glycinate form, which is superior to many other forms of Mag.
I do still like to have more magnesium than that tho, so I supplement with an additional product to get a higher dose.
I did not reduce my rating because of that, simply due to the fact that I have never seen a Cal/Mag formula with the level of Mag that I prefer. I always have to supplement extra.
As for flavors, there are lemon & orange gummies. Surprisingly, I like the lemon better, but the orange is good too. Texture-wise, these are nice and soft; I l actually like them better than regular gummies.
