I like that these are sugar free, and they have a good flavor to them. it is more like a hint of orange instead of a big blast of flavor. some others I have tried have been to strong, but these are just right in regards to the flavor. The texture is good, but a bit more firm than I would like. They are pretty dense and remind me of chewing a fruit leather. For me its been a great way to get some extra nutrients into my daily routine. Wish that they were a little bit softer, but aside from that they are good.

These have a very pleasant, mild orange flavor that I like a lot. They’re the size and shape of small jujubes with a little sweetness to them. (The cap is child-resistant to keep your little ones out of them.) I’m taking them primarily for the calcium. I can’t say that I’ve noticed any extra energy or less stress, and I have no way of knowing if the calcium part is effective or not at this point, but I’ve had no ill effects and at least I *feel* like I’m doing something positive for myself. I like them!

This “Sugar-Free Calcium Magnesium Gummies with Vitamin D3 K2 for Women Men & Kids Chewable Calcium Citrate Gummies with Magnesium Glycinate 420mg Supplements for Bone, Muscles, Calm Mood & Energy Support” could have been a perfect Calcium and Magnesium supplement for me if not the addition of too much artificial sweetener.
These gummies are too sweet for me. I prefer that they use only Stevia and not Xylitol and Erythritol or just a small amount of plain table sugar. You need to read the latest findings on Erythritol and Xylitol and why I do not want those.
The amount of Magnesium, calcium, and the addition of Vitamin D3 and K2 plus some supporting minerals make this a good supplement (except for the sugar alcohol I mentioned).
There are no preservatives or major allergens in these gummies. They are so sweet so if you have no issue with using artificial sweeteners you may want to check this out.

These are pretty chewy to bite into, but it doesn’t actually take that long to chew them up small enough to swallow. They also don’t stick to my teeth at all once I’m done.
The orange flavor is noticeable and sweet, but mild; I’d like it to be stronger, but it’s still tasty.
I like that it has both magnesium and calcium, so I have one less thing to take – and it’s calcium citrate, so it doesn’t have to be taken with food.
I think between the nice flavor and the included calcium, this is probably my favorite magnesium out of all of the ones I’ve had, and I’ve tried quite a few (gummies, capsules, tablets, & liquid).
It has a long list of allergens that it doesn’t contain, so it should be safe for most people, I think: it has “no yeast, wheat, eggs, gluten, soy, gelatin, peanuts, shellfish, dairy, artificial sweeteners, artificial colors, artificial flavors, agave, artificial preservatives and salicylates”.
The bottle came fully sealed in plastic, and also had a plastic seal around the lid and a tamper seal under it.
The one I got at the end of August 2023 expires in July 2025.

These are yummy good but very stuck inside the bottle and impossible at some point to get out! I had to use a butcher knife to slice open the bottle to get one yummie! I want to keep buying these because I know they’re good for me, but please tell the manufacturer to put them in bottles with wide mouths if there’s no way to make them stop sticking together.

As my sister recently broke several bones in her foot in a recent fall I have become more aware of my calcium intake and have decided that it could be better. Enter these gummies. I do take other supplements and admit to having a certain amount of ‘pill fatigue’. If you have any kind of daily medication requirement adding more pills on top of that just becomes cumbersome. It’s nice to have an alternative.
These gummies are tasty. They don’t stick to my teeth. Each bottle contains a month’s supply. A serving of 2 has 10 calories which seems a fair trade off to get your daily dose of not just calcium but also magnesium and D. Definitely worth a try.

+ good flavor
+ decently chewable – not too sticky to your teeth, not hard
+ They should also mention that they provide 250% of vitamin D3 and 100% of vitamin K2. Those are actually good things to have,
Cons:
– Only 46% of calcium for a day. This may be fine – too much calcium in your day can also be negative so you should be aware of what else you are eating. I put this as a negative since one of the headline ingredients for these is calcium – the limitation should be more clear
Overall though, good stuff. Have to trust that the ingredients are correct.
