In my endeavor to keep up with my vitamin intake as I get older I decided to try this Calcium Citrate gummies, seeing as I don’t like pills. I was pleased to see that the containers had outer protective seals as well as inner protective seals. I did enjoy the flavor of these gummies because they didn’t have a medicine type of a taste to them. It reminded me of eating an actual gummy bear which brings me to the texture portion. The texture is that of a gummy bear and not the soft chewable that most gummy vitamins come as now a days. This is good for the children but probably not for the elderly that have trouble chewing. But overall, I think this is a good vitamin supplement for Calcium Citrate.

These gummy supplements taste good – no “chemical” taste, and are pretty easy to chew. It seems to be a good way to get some vitamins.
However, if you live in a house with children, it’s probably not a good idea to have things like this that are indistinguishable from a snack! You’ll want to keep these out of kids reach. I can imagine a child eating up a bunch of these.

As a woman of a certain age, who doesn’t drink milk, I’m constantly reminded that it is important I supplement my diet with calcium. These Calcium Citrate Gummies by NutriVigor offered me an easy solution, providing about 77% of my recommended daily calcium intake in exchange for 3g of carbs, packaged in a fun-to-take form.
The bottles (I got a 2-pack) were nicely sealed with a shrink band, and additionally had a heavy foil seal on the bottle under the childproof lid. Each bottle is clearly marked with a lot number and an expiration date (about 2 years away, in my case) on the bottom. Inside, the bottle was almost full to the top with these gummies, shaped vaguely like a bear-rabbit-animal. I was relieved to see that the gummies were all separate and loose, because I’ve had plenty of bottles of other gummy-style products that had melted together into a big glob. The supplements smelled and tasted somewhat fruity, not anything I’d go out of my way for but still pleasant and unobjectionable. They had no medicinal smell or flavor at all, which I wouldn’t expect from calcium anyway. They weren’t sticky or too soft, having about the consistency of a firm gumdrop (so, not quite as rubbery as a gummy candy). According to the label, they contain just a few ingredients, most of which seem to be related to making them into a gummy form, although how you feel about ingesting carnauba wax is up to you). I’m not sensitive to any of them, but I appreciate that the label included a note that they did not contain yeast, wheat, milk, egg, gluten, soy, gelatin, peanuts, or dairy for those with special dietary concerns.
Overall, this product was about what I expected for a supplement to help safeguard my calcium intake recommendations are met. I was pleased that the gummies seem well-made and were not sticky or melted together. I have several different pills and supplements to take each day, so I am glad I opted for a choice that lets me get my calcium in a different and fun way.

First of all, these taste amazing. Supplement gummys can be hit and miss as far as the flavors and this one got it right.
Because of some medications that I take, I have to take calcium supplements, and I have to take different kinds of calcium at the same time. These gummys have been a nice addition to my supplement regimen. I can keep a jar at my desk and enjoy one at different times of the day. My calcium levels have stayed steady and even increased for a while, so these are working great for me.

Nobody can say if these truly “work” and I’m not going to pretend the few I’ve ingested so far have done anything. What I can confidently report on are things like flavor, sugar content, and ease of dispensing. They taste yummy enough, it’s wonderful they didn’t add unnecessary sugar, and so far they haven’t stuck together or to the edge of the bottle. Beyond those simple facts I can’t say whether or not they are a good deal, work well, etc.

These calcium citrate gummies have a pleasant raspberry taste with definite taste of wax. The carnauba wax in the gummies lends its flavor, but it isn’t a bad or strong taste. The gummies are lightly sweet with no bad aftertaste and no sugar. After looking all over the bottle I was unable to locate the source of the sweetness, but at least it doesn’t taste like the artificial sweeteners used by most companies. It does have trisodium citrate which raises your sodium intake, but no other apparent additions. Not the best gummies I have tried, but not bad either.
