These Lifeable Biotin Gummies contain 5,000 mcg of biotin in a 2 gummy serving. Biotin is Vitamin B7 and helps with hair, nails and skin. It also helps the body use protein from foods to heal after surgery.
These gummies are smooth and a bit chewy and a tiny bit sticky–not so much that they will pull your fillings out but a bit stickier than some gummies.
The taste is very palatable. It is a berry flavor and is low in sugar. These are also vegan and free of the most typical allergens. They are also made in a factory that is free of nuts.
I typically take 10,000 mcg of biotin per day (5,000 mcg in the morning and 5,000 in the evening.)
At my typical dosage, this bottle of 90 gummies will last 22.5 days. That makes the current pricing of just under $15 to be a bit pricey for the strength.
These are working for me. My nails are strong, hair is growing well and skin is soft. These used to be my favorite Biotin gummies. It’s hard to find sugarfree gummies and I’m diabetic. I don’t know what happened between one order and the next but these went from tasting good to tasting like wax. The shape changed to a flatter lighter color with bumps. I threw them out after two days. Disgusting. I hope they change these back. I’m off to find another brand.

Finally, a biotin gummy that doesn’t feel like it’s going to pull out my crowns! these are really soft and so delicious. I was afraid “sugar-free” would taste nasty but they’re so sweet! They seem to have a natural flavor, which I like. Biotin is making my hair finally grow back after experiencing dramatic hair loss since having my baby a few years ago. I know a lot of women are also losing their hair since having Covid; as far as I know I’ve never had it, but who knows! Something changed and my hair was falling out in clumps.
Biotin works fast for me, but I have to be careful or I grow hair in unwanted places, too!! Like my chin and face. Ugh. When that starts happening, I back down to taking just one gummy every 2-3 days.

These are really good tasting biotin gummies. After using the whole bottle I think that I might have noticed a slight improvement with my nails but I can’t say for sure as for the rest it can take a very long time to know.

I love the sugar-free biotin gummy’s! They arrived quickly and well packaged. They are at a delicious way to get your daily dose of biotin! They have a great taste that is not too tart or sweet! The texture of the Gummies is just perfect, not to chewy and not too mushy! They don’t irritate my stomach. So far I haven’t had any issues and I don’t see any coming up!

These taste like fruit punch gelatin. They help with my skin and nails. Started taking them for thinning hair, of course it’s going to take a while to see results for that. It’s a good value because you’re getting an extra 15 days essentially for the price of a normal 30 days supply.

I am disappointed in the texture of these gummies. They have a tendency to stick to the teeth and are hard to get off. The taste is excellent but won’t buy again dues to the gooey-ness.
