I have been taking these gummies for a few weeks now and I love them. I can tell a difference in my skin my hair is so shiny and healthy. I highly recommend getting these and they taste good as well.

UPDATE-finished 2nd bottle
So after finishing my second bottle and I’m finally starting to true results! here are my thoughts….
-reduction in hair shedding! The amount of hair in my shower drain is now down to half of what it used to be!!!! Seriously, the difference is AMAZING!!!!!!!
-hair scalp is still oily but it has calmed down.
-little to zero new hair growth
-zero difference in eyelashes
-zero difference in nails
-zero difference in skin
-zero increase in acne (unlike when I’ve taken other vitamins with similar ingredients)
I will purchase another bottle and keep taking this since I’m having less hair shedding (first time in years!) and I love how easy these are to digest. Vitamins take a long time to start seeing noticeable affects. But, I’m glad I’ve stuck with these since Im finally starting see a huge reduction in hair loss.

I just finished my first bottle and made sure to take 2 per day everyday. No huge differences but I will continue taking them and I just started my second bottle. I did not see any results with growth or hair/nail strength but I also believe it takes at least 90 days to see benefits from new vitamins.
-have a very sensitive stomach and these never bothered me.
-They are very easy to chew and never got stuck in my teeth (unlike most gummies).
-mild flavor
-No difference in nail growth or strength
-no difference with skin. This didn’t cause extra acne breakouts like some vitamins cause me.
-no difference with eyelashes
-the ONLY difference I have with my hair is a weird one. I typically have a normal scalp (not oily or dry). However, after about 2 weeks of these vitamins I started to get an oily scalp. Now that I’m finished with the first bottle I would say my scalp is now oily! I used to wash my hair every 4 days but now I look like a grease ball after 1 day.
-zero hair growth or change in hair strength thus far. I have ultra thin, fine hair (I’m basically balding) so I was hoping this might help with that…. but so far it has not.
I just started my second bottle and will continue with this brand of vitamins for 1-2 more months to ensure I’m giving them a proper chance. They are just so easy to chew and digest so I enjoy taking these each morning.

I haven’t seen an effect from the gummies after taking them for a couple weeks, but I understand that it can take a while to see results when taking vitamins. Very fast shipping and good taste, but the consistency of the gummy is a bit odd. It breaks up and melts very quickly.

Since I’ve been using these biotin gummies from Lunakai, I have noticed a definite improvement in my nail health especially. They are stronger, not breaking as easily or tearing or chipping, and that is mainly what I wanted out of them! I couldn’t be happier with them. They taste great – like every day it’s a little treat I get to have, instead of something I HAVE to do. And I have a lot of health issues and quite a regimen of “musts,” so having something even as small as that makes a really nice change. And best of all, the gummies have a very pleasant texture – they do not stick to your teeth, they aren’t hard, they aren’t gooey and overly sugary… And in addition to the biotin, you also get your full daily dose of Vitamin C and Vitamin E. There’s nothing not to love about these gummies, I highly recommend them!

I love everything about these gummies but the flavor. They are very soft and easy to chew compared to other gummy vitamins I have tried. I like that they are Non GMO, Vegan and contain no Corn Syrup. What I don’t like about them is the flavor. They are very tart and for someone with sensitive teeth that can be a bit of a problem. I will not be buying them again.

If you have ever tried chewable or gummy biotin supplements before, then you’ve probably been put off by the taste. I am happy to report that these gummies are way different…they taste delicious, they’re easy to chew, and they don’t get stuck in your teeth. The description says it all…these are literally the tastiest biotin gummies out there. Since taking these regularly, I have also noticed my fingernails have gotten a bit stronger, not as bendy as before. My already long hair also seems to be growing a little bit faster, and I’ve noticed less hair in the brush when I brush throughout the day. I would recommend these to anyone looking to add or change up their biotin supplement, as I feel these are truly effective and enjoyable to take.
