FORMULA: When you look at the label, this supplement reads more like a multivitamin than a collagen-specific product. The label shows vitamins B6, B12, C, D, E, and zinc…along with a bunch more. For what you would be buying this product for (collagen, biotin, keratin), there is a lot of extra stuff you may not want/need. Since the ideal daily serving of collagen, biotin, and keratin has not been established, it’s tough to know if a single serving (2 gummies) is sufficient – I guess we’ll keep taking it every day and see the results over time.
TASTE: The flavor is excellent. Sweet and yummy. Very easy to take. I have the bottle in my bathroom cabinet, and I take two gummies in the morning. Super easy. There is a pleasant aftertaste of blueberry candy that I can taste in my mouth for a while (even after drinking water).
CONSISTENCY: I really like that the gummies are not too chewy (some gummies feel like I’m doing a workout to get them down), and not gritty.
OVERVIEW: For ease of use and taste, these collagen, biotin, and keratin gummies are great. Unfortunately, a lot of “Extra” stuff is packed in the formula, which is unnecessary and probably adds manufacturing costs. A single bottle is 30 servings – so buying this monthly would be costly compared to other supplements that are ONLY collagen, biotin, or keratin. So, value for money may not be what you want.

Recently, my cousin gave me a very special product called biotin gummies. She said these gummies contain a high amount of biotin, which can improve skin condition and add shine to hair. I regularly take hair/skin/nail vitamins and these are my favorite so far! I like that they contain collagen, keratin and extra vitamins. I stopped taking my multivitamin and just take these instead. They look good and taste good, they don’t stick to your teeth. Great benefits! 2 a day will not last a long time so make sure if you like them you order some more before you run out. Results are gradual, it’s going to take more than 1 bottle and long term use. Overall price is reasonable compared to other types of vitamins.

This has sooooo much more than what it’s marketed for. I’m not entirely sure if that’s good or bad. They taste great, consistency and color are great but I’m not sure that they work.. I’ve been taking these as reccomended for a while now and I’ve mostly looked for some change in the thickness of my nails and I’ve seen no change at all..

I’ll start with flavor because I really liked the taste! These vitamin gummies do taste like Blueberry. My spouse and I liked these so much we were done with them quickly. Another thing I liked about these gummies was the benefits. You get Collagen, Biotin, Keratin and much more. You notice a difference only after taking these for some time. We’ve been taking Biotin for a while now and can say there’s a difference compared to not taking any; these vitamins help your hair, nails, and joints. My only issue with these vitamins were the extras. You get more than you expect, but it’s still good to know this has additional vitamins since I am sure a lot of us take multivitamins. Of course, the dosage depends on a lot of factors. However, it is still important to have all the information; this was one of my reasons for taking a star off because I wish there was more clarity especially for those of us with extra sensitivity. I would probably order these again for all the stuff they have and recommend them too.
