These gummies are good for my hair and nails, and all the additional vitamins are a bonus. They have a mild flavor and aren’t too sweet, which I like. The texture of the gummies seemed to get tougher after the bottle had been opened a few weeks. They seem to be fine, just a little tougher and dryer to eat.

I really like this vitamin mix especially because of the amount of collagen. It’s a great blend and there’s a lot of different things that help with hair and nails. regarding the taste I think they sort of have this calcium chalky taste/texture similar to flintstones vitamins. I don’t mind this because I’ve been taking flintstones for years as a child but it would be nice if they listed that. These have helped my nails harden. Before my nails were so soft that they broke extremely easily and I had to use nail hardening polish. Now I don’t have to use nail hardening polish and my nails are thicker.

I was excited to receive these but upon inspecting the bottle I noticed what looked like crusty granulated crumbs of who knows what. I will not be taking them.

There’s one thing that I really like about this multivitamin, it doesn’t contain much niacin. Excess niacin has been shown to have possible negative effects for your heart, and many, perhaps even most, contain the recommended amount. So I really wanted to like these gummies, because I would take them when there are many others that I won’t because they have too much Naicin. That’s the reason I didn’t get this less than three stars.
But other than that, there is nothing much to like. While the ingredients in these gummies are good, there really isn’t enough of most to supplement your diet. The biotin is fine, some of the Bs are a decent amount. But it is impossible to know how much keratin or collagen there is. I am not a fan of special blends that don’t give any idea of how much of anything there is. They could be 99% of o e thing and just traces of the rest. . So I can’t really include those ingredients in my evaluation.
But here is the real issue. For me, there’s only one reason to get vitamins in gummies and that’s if they can replace some other kind of candy snack. These contain 3 g of added sugar. The recommended daily amount of added sugars for women is 26 g a day. So that’s about 8%. So if they tasted good, I could justify taking them just for the biotin. But they don’t.
Even if you take gummies because you have a hard time taking pills, unless you love this blend of ingredients, look around first. There are many gummy’s out there right now which taste better and have zero extra added sugar. In that respect, these are average at best, maybe even a bit below. .
Maybe the manufacturer can find a way to make these taste and feel more like candy. Or reduce the amount of sugar. Then I would rate them higher.

This is advertised as an all in one gummy supplement for hair and nails, so I ordered this for my wife who will only take chewables due to troubles with pill swallowing. But when it comes to gummy supplements, the potency is usually less but that’s not the case here. In the 2 gummy serving size, theres a whopping 10000 mcg of biotin and 850 mcg folate for example, which far exceed the recommended daily value. In fact, there’s so much of both that she can take half the serving size and still exceed the daily recommendation. So we’re pretty happy with the ingredients and their amounts.
There’s also a proprietary blend here which contains 250mg of Hydrolyzed Bovine Collagen, Bamboo Leaf Silica, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Hyaluronic Acid, Saw Palmetto. Each of these ingredients are purposeful for hair and/or nails. For example, saw palmetto prevents hair loss and bamboo leaf supports hair growth. A very nice purposeful list of ingredients all around!
