I have never tried Ashwagandha before. So, I wanted to wait to write this review until I had used this product over several weeks. The berry flavor was very pleasing and I did not experience any after taste. I think the flavor tasted most like strawberry. The gummies were chewy and not granular. They do have a funky smell. They definitely taste better than they smell. The bottle has a safety seal and a safety lid. Two gummies are 15 calories. The serving size is two gummies per day. I do not know about others who have used similar products or this product, but I did not experience any change to my mood or my sleep pattern after using this daily. This product is made in the USA.
