I took ashwaganda for 2 weeks straight & i saw a difference for sure. The gummies taste pretty good and are super easy to take. They do make me sleepier than usual so I normally take mine around bedtime. With consistency, they helped me be less stressed out and my mood overall improved a lot. Additionally, for the price of 1 month supply this product was one of my favorites I have tried!

I received these gummies about one week ago and immediately added them to my nightly routine. I’ve been experiencing what I believe to be perimenopause symptoms and I’ve read and heard from friends that Ashwagandha supplements can help with some of the anxiety and imbalance I’ve been experiencing. The first couple of nights I laid down after taking two and knocked out much earlier than normal. I changed my time to taking them closer to bedtime and I’ve definitely been experiencing deeper, more restful sleep that lasts all night. To my chagrin and surprise, my cycle appeared a few days early (hence the idea that I am in perimenopause) and I was more surprised bc in the days prior I did NOT experience at first of rage which is what I was hoping to combat with these supplements. The chews are very soft and chewy albeit there is a tiny aftertaste, but not enough to deter me from continuing to take them. Let’s hope next month is as chill for me (and my family!)

I have never tried ashwaganda before. Because I have been under immense stress it was impacting my body. I am an active person and although that is helpful the brain still needs help naturally to relax. I gave this product a try. The gummies are okay in flavor not great and not bad. You do have to make sure you chew enough but these work in about 20 – 30 min. I start to feel relaxed and sleepy. I recommend taking these at night because they do make you fall asleep

These gummies have a strong smell and taste that i don’t like. BUT, my fiance doesn’t mind the smell or taste. So, to each their own. I have only used them a couple of times and felt that other brands are better. My fiance uses them consistently and enjoys them.

I purchased this in hopes it would help my 18 yr old daughter with anxiety. She’s taken it as per directions and after just 2 days she noticed a difference. It’s been almost 2 weeks and it’s definitely helped her with anxiety and by taking it in the evening helps her feel relaxed enough to get a good night’s sleep. I researched this herb and it has many other health benefits and I think it’s great there’s an herb that works versus having to get a doctor prescribed drug that may have side effects. The taste of these gummies aren’t great, but definitely tolerable and helps for those who cannot swallow pill form. I realize this may not work for everyone, but it’s certainly helped my daughter who’s dealt with anxiety and stress issues for some time.

These vitamins are a good value, however, they do not taste like strawberries. The flavor is bitter with a grapefruit undertone. They are slightly hard to chew, but not too difficult. I take them before going to sleep and they seem to help me to fall asleep.
