As a matter of course, and for many multiple years, we have taken a very mild multi-vitamin supplement each day, most often one that provides around 25% or so of the RDA of any given and so-called “recommended” USDA nutrients, relying upon our overall diet to provide the majority of our nutrients.
The above notwithstanding, we have found these particular individually wrapped SOHM multivitamin gummies to be quite complete with regard to our needs, to be very good tasting (lacking the medicinal taste of so many other of these types of vitamins), and perhaps best of all, to be manufactured in the USA!

My first surprise was the size of the bottle. The image on the description page doesn’t really show the bottle in true proportions, it looks like a standard supplement bottle there, but it is much bigger.
I can’t say these gummies smell like roses but they do taste delicious. OK, make that very delicious.
Serving size shows as one but elsewhere on the bottle it suggests to take one twice a day so I guess this is a 30 day supply with 60 gummies.
Bottle has a child proof cap which is awesome when it comes to gummies.
The gummies were produced 9 months ago and will still be good a little over a year from the time I got them.
I am thinking here that the description of these gummies confuses me a bit. Are they biotin gummies with vitamins added, or are they multi vitamins with biotin added.. I’m not quite certain but maybe that’s just me.

The calcium gummies taste pretty good but not great. What’s important is the health benefits though, so in that sense they are great. For some reason they are individually wrapped, so they don’t stick together, which is nice.

I know that taste is subjective, but both my wife and I found the “mango” flavor of these nutraceutical gummies to be terrible. There is no actual mango in the product; just artificial mango ‘flavor’. We consume fresh mango every week…and this tastes nothing like it. The taste is hard to describe other than perfume and generally unpleasant. There is no mango scent/aroma either. There are numerous tried/tested artificial flavors that the manufacturer could have selected (grape, strawberry, etc) for the US market. Mango is an odd choice…and the results prove where I do not many mango-flavored candies/gummies on the market.
As a nutraceutical supplement, the product also comes up short. A serving (1 gummy) only provides 50mg of calcium — which is less than 4% of the RDA for adults (1,000mg or more). Heck, a basic broad spectrum Centrum multivitamin provides 200mg of calcium. Therefore, I see no real benefit of this product.
On the positive side, I do like the way the product is packaged. The bottle was double-sealed and each gummy is individually wrapped. This is great for increased shelf life and prevents agglomeration in humid environments. The single-wrapped product is also convenient for travel. The gummies are also made in the USA, which is good.
