These taste good,like gummy bears, but I take Acetyl L Carnitine(ALCAR) EVERY DAY and I have for months. All the good from it has stopped and I feel just run down again. I’ll be ordering my regular ALCAR again this week and hoping that I havent messed it up by switching brands.I really hoped this had worked as I give ALCAR to my son as well by recommendation of his doctor. I did Not change his brand for this,just in case it was not effective. I’m happy I made that choice.

Subtle effects, but does seem to help overall. Was using it as a part of a pre-workout mix and noticed to some incremental boosts. Added it to my daily supplements and feel I’m getting an across-the-board upgrade. Energy, clarity. I didn’t think about mood improvement until I was doing some research, but I think the case could be made there, too. (And not just because I read it. Have been feeling better lately before that potential benefit was pointed out.)
Sugar free, ease of gummies, good amounts. The only thing I’m a bit mixed on is the extra vitamins. I also take vitamins which cover a much wider spectrum and don’t really want to overdo a couple.

Acetyl L-Carnitine is supposed to help with energy production and support brain function, so I’m hoping to notice some benefits over time.
I’ll update my review after I’ve been taking them for a while.

Acetyl Carnitine has a lot of demonstrated benefits and I consume approximately 8g per day so whatever product I buy to consume has to, at least, have a non-objectionable flavor and leave no aftertaste. These gummies are delicious! The blueberry flavor is not overwhelming, however, it is satisfying. A flavor can be too mild and leave one feeling like they are chewing just the gum, like after a few minutes of chewing gum, when the flavor fades? These gummies are not like that, the flavor was there from the first to the last chew. A problem with a lot of the alternative ways of delivering medications or supplements is that they leave an aftertaste that is made all the more unpleasant because of the enjoyable flavor one experienced; I am happy to say that was not the case here. These gummies delivered the two grams of acetyl carnitine per serving without any aftertaste whatsoever. So, how do I know that the gummies are delivering the product effectively? Because acetyl carnitine gives me a non-jittery energy boost some time after consuming it and I get that boost after consuming these gummies after about 10 minutes have passed.
I really like that the B-12 in this product is in the form of methylcobalamine rather than the more common cyanocobalamin because methylcobalamine is one of the two specific forms of B-12 used by the enzyme 5-methyltetrahydrofolate-homocysteine methyltransferase and thus, specific consumption can help get rid of homocysteine because the product of that enzyme’s reaction is methionine, something the body needs to make the powerful antioxidant glutathione. I also really like the vitamin C in these gummies because it provides a boost to the antioxidant capacity in my body. As ways of delivering acetylene carnitine, this product is a good value for the money because it delivers a full 2 grams per serving at a price other products deliver only 1.5 g and it does it with a great flavor and the opportunity to take a moment from your busy day and enjoy some gummies 😃
