Okay, these are pretty tasty gummies. They’re soft and easy to chew, and dissolve fairly quickly. So, they’re very easy to remember to take.
However, I haven’t noticed any real difference in mood or energy– now that could be because it may take a while for any effects to be noticed. I can say that I haven’t had any bad effects from taking these gummies.
I’m very much on the fence with this product. It could just be that it doesn’t work for me for some reason.

I got this because I like taking Saffron for my eye health. It’s usually pretty expensive but I see the amount that’s actually in this is 8.85 mgs. So while that’s not much it’s better than nothing and I am sure it’s what’s keeping the price on this so reasonable. I really think at the time of this review with this costing less than $10 bucks that it’s a really good deal. Even with the small dosages. Now the claim is this with this being extract that it will be equal to larger doses. With extracts which are usually the most potent part the ability to be equal to more of standard ingredients dosages does happen. But how much IMO is guessing because that requires extensive expensive long studies/testing to know for sure. I like the vitamin D2 in this for immunity but I prefer D3 as I think it works better. The passion flower helps me get drowsy and the Gaba helps my brain slow down and to relax. I am not a big fan of the St. John’s Wort as it sometimes causes me to be super alert which is opposite of what it normally does to most people. But all the dosages in this are so small ( except the passion flower) I am not noticing much. Now with Saffron,, if you search,,, does it cause one to have more energy/stamina and then search,,,, does it make you sleepy,, you will see adamant Yes for both !?? I don’t notice either but I tend to take it at bed time so it can work on my eyes while they are closed (which is just how I imagine it would work !?). So there you have it a few nice ingredients that may help you with sleep as well as some other nice health improvements. If I decided I wanted to reorder this I would definitely want to see the third party lab test and make sure it was done in the USA/UK or Canada or a country with regulated oversight with lab testing. I had no sides with these and they taste like faint purple grapes. I find them extremely delicious. Gonna be hard to just eat one no doubt. Good luck and Hope this was Helpful !

Tried these just because I was curious, and they seem like a great product. They were sealed really well, but there is no box as shown in the main listing image. I haven’t yet perceived any actual benefit to taking this supplement, but I believe routinely treating the body to different sources of nutrient compounds and elements improves your overall health. I don’t take them every day, just once in a while. Tastes great and I’m happy that they’re sugar-free.
