This first of all has good packaging. The gum is easy to access and doesn’t require opening or unwrapping once box is out of its shrink wrap. The flavor is minty and very nice. Refreshing….. I really like the ingredients…. Maybe wish the amount of caffeine could be increased slightly would be my only con.
Overall however this is exactly what was looking for pickleball. I like to chew when playing and the mild boost is helpful after playing a few hours.

The gum has a good minty flavor that really lasts what feels like less than a minute if you are constantly chewing.
Each piece of gum contains 25mg of caffeine, but it doesn’t seem to affect me when taking the recommended number for moderate energy (2). If i take 3 then I feel a bit of the caffeine effects. I wouldn’t say that these don’t work, but i would say that you might need to chew an extra piece or two so that you can feel the caffeine effects. If you drink coffee daily, you may have to be in the higher piece count.

Once you have been chewing this for a bit its fine, but at the very beginning there is a massive bitter outburst that is simply raunchy. I mean it seems to work for its intended purposes, but that initial hit makes this an “emergency only” option.

I really liked this product. It really doesn’t offer a huge caffeine boost per individual gum piece, so I ended up chewing two pieces at a time to get a better effect. I like that the packs were ready to take on the go like a traditional gum packet. It made them really easy to throw in my bag, and grab them as needed. The overall taste and texture was really comparable to most gums on the market. I found the exterior coating a little thick and waxy. But, once i really started chewing, I felt like that dissolved quickly. Definitely not a deterrent from chewing the gum overall.

These do have a good little kick of caffeine in them. You need to take a few of them to equal a cup of coffee. I’d like to chew gum when I run, so it is a nice concept to have a little caffeine for my run while I support my gum, chewing habit. The texture is very hard at first, and then it softens up. It does not get to the point where it breaks down so it actually stays in a nice gum form unlike other caffeine gum supplements I have tried before. The taste is very strange, but I would not say that is much different than other caffeine gums I have had.

Neuro gum was a huge hit on Shark Tank a while back and I think this product is positioned to compete with them. Each pack of gum has 8 pieces, so you’re paying under 50 cents per piece. I think the use case is if you wanted a small amount of caffeine to take away some drowsiness, and from my experience it does a decent job at this. The 25mg of caffeine is comparable to under half a cup of coffee and less caffeine than a cup of decaf coffee. Combined with the taurine and b vitamins, I feel a slight pick-me-up after chewing it.
The gum doesn’t hold its minty flavor for too long, but I imagine by then you’ve gotten all the benefits out of it. The flavor is a nice minty taste, but the texture is a bit gritty, and not as gummy as other brands of normal/standard gum.
Overall, If you chew gum to keep you focused and alert, this will just add to that, with minimal impact on your sleep.

I’ve personally experienced little to no caffeine effect when using this gum. As can be seen from my nearby photo, the back of each 8-pack of gum suggests 2 pieces for “moderate energy” of 50mg of caffeine, and 4 pieces for “maximum energy” of 100mg of energy, while also providing a recommended use warning not to exceed 8 pieces in one day. I’m not sure whether this warning needs to be heeded, since 200mg of caffeine in a single day is just equivalent to a few cups of coffee, and the other ingredients of this gum are included in very small volumes. Each piece of this gum, for example, only includes 2.2mg of vitamin B6 and 3mcg of vitamin B12, and I take 50mg and 1mg (1000mcg) of these, respectively, each morning. I’ve also consumed 1000mg to 2000mg of taurine on a daily basis, and each piece of this gum only includes 20mg. It’s also worth noting that while the form of B12 included in this product is the right one for me, the form of B6 used, pyridoxine hydrochloride, is not, as I need to take the pyridoxal 5′ phosphate form instead. While I like the fact that allulose and monk fruit are used as sweeteners in this product, and that the taste is fine (albeit rather muted), I’ve tried both 2 pieces and 4 pieces of this gum on various occasions and it just didn’t do anything for me. I’ll likely experiment with more than 4 pieces at a time as well, and will plan to update this review if doing so is the trick for me. Since every human body is different, I’m being gracious by rating this product three stars.
