The supplement contains 1200mg of Tribulus Terrestris (Gokshura) per serving, which requires taking two medium-sized tablets. I found the tablets to be chewable and relatively easy to take.
I appreciate that the product is organic, natural, and vegan-friendly, with USDA certification. These credentials suggest a high level of quality control and attention to detail.
However, after taking the supplement as directed, I didn’t notice any significant improvement in my energy levels. While Gokshura is purported to support immunity and strength, I didn’t experience these benefits either.

The capsules (pills?) are a bit chalky, but have no discernible taste if swallowed. I made the mistake of chewing one, and it was downright awful lol. Luckily, I find them easy to swallow, and this works out much better.
The recommended serving size is 2 capsules. There are 120 in the bottle, which makes 60 servings per bottle at the recommended serving size.

I am such a huge fan of ayurvedic herbs and supplements. If ever there is a natural and organic option to treating or addressing anything, I would prefer that. This is an extremely well made supplement for energy, urinary health and hormone balance. It doesn’t have anything artificial or fillers. You can literally smell the herbs when you open the bottle even though the pills don’t have any significant odor or taste that is off-putting or unpleasant. I find the price to be extremely reasonable for this high of quality and this is my second or third supplement from this company so they have definitely made a fan out of me.

These Gokshura, or Tribulus Terrestris tablets are medium sized, hard, but easy to chew. I like to chew them rather than swallow them whole to make them easy to wash down. Other than some Gum Acacia mentioned in the ingredients, this seems to be pure ground Gokshura. There’s nothing else to chew or dissolve. I enjoy the taste of these tablet and they do not have any negative effects on my stomach or digestive system. The recommended dosage is 2 tablets per day after meals with water. This product is sourced from India and seems to be a quality product.
