I initially got this product for dizziness caused by a headache medication. Since this is also used to treat headaches and to help lower blood sugar levels to boot, it seemed like a good fit for me.
I knew that it had been used in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine for centuries but I was surprised to find that Gokhru, aka Gokhshura or Tribulus Terrestris, is taken for many other uses including as an anti-oxidant, as an anti-bacterial, as a diuretic, as a demulcent, for pain relief, for lowering blood pressure, for treating kidney stones, for treating premature ejaculation and spermatorrhoea, and as well as for women’s health including increasing libido, menopausal symptoms and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). None of these uses are approved by the FDA.
Of course, don’t base your decision to take a product on the description and somebody’s review. Do your own research to see if this product sounds like a good fit for your individual circumstances. And as always, consult with your physician if you are taking any medications. That said, with all of the benefits I see in this supplement, I would want an explanation from my doctor as to why it was not a good fit!

This product works really well. I use this along with ashwagandha and shilajit. I would recommend it.

I’ve been taking supplements for years. I know that it is an admittance of my diet not being what it should be, but I don’t see I how to get everything I need. So I view supplements as a necessary evil.
Antioxidants are great, I’m always wanting to add more of these. I am using this to assist with blood pressure & menopausal symptoms.

If I knew someone were looking for that specific item and I recommend it to them, I would also share with them the reservations that I have.
⭐️⭐️ Two Stars – I take low ratings seriously. I also take seriously issues with products after you have spent good money on them. In this case, I would probably never recommend anything that I would rate two stars on, in fact, I would probably tell people so they would shy away from it.
⭐️ One Star – it would take some serious issues to get a one star review for me. A bad product and bad customer service would do it though.

Just as the title says. This is one of the best Tribulus terrestris supplements I have ever tried. The potency is quite high compared to typical western offering, here in the United States. After 1 day of taking this supplement, I could feel a shift in my libido. Workouts seemed to have a bit more fire driving efforts forward. I have not taken it again as I do not need or want the spike in libido. This is a powerful supplement that I will revisit, but always approaching with respect. Highly recommended for users of this herb as a supplement.
