This probiotic is the bomb.com, it really eliminates waste and has stopped my bloating and keeps me regular almost too regular. I think I’ll need to back off maybe a day on and a day off because it works a little too well. But I am very satisfied with this product and I will but it again.

I like that it has a high count of probiotics with 11 different strains as well as helpful digestive enzymes and organic fruits and veggies and FOS all good for digestive and immune health. I did notice an improvement in regularity over the probiotics I was taking previously. A reasonable price for a month’s worth of improved digestion/bowel/immune function. I like that it is mostly organic, gluten free and vegan. I do wish it came in a glass bottle or even a biodegradable paper pouch to refill an original glass bottle. Also wish there were no silicon dioxide or rice flour in it.

Do you feel sick from regular multivitamins? Well this one might work out for you. I haven’t noticed a difference in bowel movements, but I would say that I never feel queasy after taking this vitamin.

I have been using this product for a few weeks now, and I definitely feel a real difference in my well being, in particular, my level of energy and my GI tract health. I feel much less bloated than I usually do at night while using this pills, my colitis is mostly under control now. On the energy front, I have to say I am impressed, The pills are very decently sized, however, you have to take 3 of them a day. Another thing I noticed, and which may be the reason why I felt such a change in my energy level is that it comes with both Iodine and Zinc, which are very important to supplement on for a hypothyroid person like me, as well as Iron, which helps a lot with my iron deficiency anemia. Instructions do not specify if you should take them separately throughout the day or all at once, so, for the sake of convenience, I’ve been taking them all at once in the morning and they have worked perfectly for me. All in all, this product has an AMAZING combination of elements for a person with my particular health issues. I could not be any happier. I definitely recommend this product.

I’ve been taking this for a few months and it has made a positive difference in my life. The biggest difference is with bloating. I used to feel bloated quite often. I didn’t realize how much until I began taking this. Now I almost never feel bloated, which makes me feel healthier, happier, and leaner. I am still overweight, but I feel like myself for the first time in ages. My BMs are easier, larger, more often, etc. The added multivitamin is a nice bonus, but I would continue taking these even without it due to the positive impact of the probiotics on my digestive system. I have tried numerous supplments over the years and have literally never had one that made as big a positive impact as this has. It has changed my life!

It has all the vitamins I need and more. I especially like that I can benefit from the Probiotics. But, I couldn’t read the tiny print on the bottle with its ingredients so I went back to the Amazon site and was able to zoom in on a photo of them there. I am concerned that Iron is included. Men do not need to take iron supplements unless they have a history of anemia, low blood iron, chronic bleeding or lack of iron in their diet. A common symptom seen in men with iron overload is a loss of libido, shrinkage of testicles, erectile dysfunction and impotence. That’s why we usually see Iron added to multivitamins for women who need about 3 times the RDA of Iron than men who can usually get enough from their diet. And, it was not at all clear to me that the 90 capsules I ordered were only a months supply – to be taken 3 times a day. I expected that, like most multivitamins, they were to be taken once a day. Also, they used magnesium citrate rather than glycinate. The latter is absorbed far better and is much more effective.
