Me gustó mucho el sabor, ls consistencia depende del tipo de leche que uses pero es buena y dura como 2 meses si usas media taza medidora.

When I got the protein I specifically intended to use it to double my protein intake without blowing through all of my BNP protein. First impression was when I pealed the label sleeve off and could see through the plastic container. If there was a Lays brand protein, GNC would be it. More empty space and air in the unopened container than there was protein mix.
Secondly upon opening the container I was digging around forever to find the serving scoop. I eventually found it but it was all the way at the bottom of the container and no amount of shaking wouldve brought it to the top. Probably not their fault but ruined my experience with this product nonetheless.
The powder itself is very very fine and is quite a mess. It’s even messier now that I’ve discovered the wide mouth scoop and it just dump powder everywhere besides my tumbler.
Since buying this product I’ve managed to stretch my actually good protein out longer so I dont have to order so much of it as often. If I could find a better brand for the price I probably would. I only went with GNC because I was getting my multivitamin through them and I knew of the brand. The price is almost on par with what I pay for the good stuff. I’m probably just going to double up my orders from BNP or Optimum Nutrition to be quite honest.
I want to give this product a worse rating but ultimately it accomplished the goal I set for this purchase initially.
Knowing what I know now, I probably wont buy their flavorless protein or any protein moving forward. They need to address their “bag of chips” presentation as a start. I’m not convinced the servings per container displayed on the label is accurate.
I dont know what else to say, I felt I’ve been very articulated and honest with my opinion on this product. I’m sure if questions come up I’d be happy to answer them. 3/5 stars leaning more towards a 2/5 is fair for what I got.
Not to say you all may have a better rating and experience. I’ve just got a different expectation and standard for what I put into my mouth and how much it will cost my ass.

For the past 6 months I’ve been using EAS’ Strawberry Whey Protein but it began to taste a little too sweet. I switched to this and it’s less sweet, blends perfectly, and meets my protein needs. After months of searching between Ghost, EAS and other brands, I think I’ve found a winner! And it’s a great price!

I gained 20 lbs even though having bariatric surgery in 2006. I think it’s a new med causing my being ravenous constantly. Maybe due to my self reclusing due to the Co-vid paranoia also I have. (I get my 2nd vaccine tomorrow!)
Thus, started back to my post surgery protein shakes.
I 1st got this in banana, that is great. I then got this in choc for a little variety. The choc is FANTASTIC!
In between buying these 2 jugs, got another jug of a a different GNC’s choc + it’s horrible
Amazon refunded my $ with no need to return it. It’s in the garbage now.

This GNC blends well along with tasting good.
I have a little, Ninja type blender. I add
6-8 oz of almond milk with about 5 ice cubes, + a scoop of protein. It makes a smooth milkshake like drink.
Perfect + yummy.. A true treat. No protein flavor + blends well.
