I got this for my husband for christmas because he always wants to buy gnc vitamins, but they are not an expense we can afford on a regular basis. I actually went to the gnc site before I bought these through amazon, just to compare prices, and these exact vitamins were about 40% less than through gnc for some reason. They were not expired upon arrival to our home. My husband loves them! He takes them because he works out alot, and they give him so much energy that he has to take half in the am and half in the pm and is considering taking the second half the next day instead, because he still has a crazy amount of energy by the end of the day.

If you are in to fitness and your health I highly recommend this product. I buy it constantly for my fiance. It gets him going and gives him all the vitamins he needs.He absolutely loves these. He doesn’t go a day without them. He is a truck driver and is on the road alot so this helps him have the energy he needs plus keeps him healthy. My husband swears by these, he has been taking these for more than three years. I think I have to agree with him though. You can tell if he hasn’t taken them on any particular day because his energy level just isn’t as high or intense. I mean intense in a good way as far as “ready to go”. Sometimes I think I even see a difference in his whole mood. Not that his mood is bad it jus seems to be brighter when he takes these and his energy is a little more passionate and lasts longer when he is taking these and he seems to be a little calmer rather than exhausted in the evenings too. He takes these every day. He says that if he doesn’t then he just feels like he is dragging through the day and the day just gets too long. He states that these provide him with the energy that he needs to get through and even a hard day is more bearable.

I have been planning to get back into shape by dieting and doing nothing but cardio. I’m already a big person and would really like to lose my excess body fat before bulking up with muscle. In the past I have had the most gains by nothing but running and eating right. I have always been the type to lose weight, reach my goal, then gain alot of it back by losing focus around my diet and exercise habits.
One of my friends at work has been taking them for 3 weeks and lost close to 15 so far. I know most of the initial weight is just water weight at the beginning so those results are limited. I also know that each person is different, and depending on how strict the diet is and how hard you push yourself at the Gym will make a huge difference.
So I did ton’s of research on my own and I ordered the Mega Ripped vitapak and Mega Sport vitapak on Amazon which were noticeably cheaper then going to GNC direct or GNC online. With the research and reviews I decided to start my program using the Sport by itself for 3 weeks. Week 4 and 5 I will alternate days with the Ripped. Weeks 6,7 and 8 will be nothing but the Mega Ripped. The Ripped formula is pretty much the Sport program with additional elements to help you lose that extra fat. The Rippped program is also like 18 bucks more then the Sport vitapak. For me it made more sense to start with the sport as my workouts will be less intense for the first 2-3 weeks. As I get into the Ripped supplements, I should be well into my regimen and fat burning process so theoretically I will get more out of the Extra supplements in the Ripped vitapak at that time.
Day 3 of using the Vitamins and this afternoon will be the first day of back on the treadmill. I have never taken many supplements over the years and thought I would give these a shot as I am getting older and my energy levels are not what they used to be.
First impression of the pills, is that there are alot to take for the day. I believe GNC recommends taking 1 Full package all at once, but I have read to separate the different types of pills throughout the day to maximize results and energy and recovery levels around the exercise period.
so far so good and as for the price which is not that bad if they truly help me in getting in and shape and fill in any vitamin deficiency’s during my diet.
I only put 4 stars as I just started using it. Nothing bad to say about them at all, but I feel that giving 5 stars would be as unfair as giving 1 at this point. But from my research this item definately deserves 4 or 5.
