Regular standard soft gels, wish the standard gels where the smaller ones. I don’t have too much of an issue swallowing, but I can see how they could be an issues.

It’s not trustworthy this version, red caplets instead of yellow softgels. Two per day instead of one without notification. Not returnable. What a waste.

(That’s what she said) Overall, I like the capsules, but they’re kinda sizeable so taking them is a bit of a challenge. And I don’t typically have a difficult time taking meds, these are just uncomfortably large. I take fish oil, because it was recommended by my doctor, but after my current batch us up, I will not be buying this kind again.

This product will come out whole the same way it goes in. Wish I’d known before taking a half a years worth daily. They do swell a bit while in body I’ve noticed…but I’m sure there is no fish oil benefit.
