Gluten Guardian has been around for awhile and has legions of big fans. We’ve had a family member with a gluten allergy / sensitivity and we understand just how important extra help can be. Before embarking on any supplementation, consult your doc first, of course. It’s worth trying although these days it is much easier to eat gluten free. At this price, it’s great to know that at the time of this review Amazon offers a free 30 day return.

I use these enzymes when I want to eat gluten or dairy. It helps with the side effects. I was GF, and DF for 9 awful years, and it is nice to be able to eat it sometimes now.
