I gave the glutathione patches a try to see if it would aid in giving me a boost of energy during the day. I found the best time to apply was after my morning shower. They do give you added energy, and I was not as tired at the end of my workday. I was even able to get a few loads of laundry done during the week instead of waiting until the weekend. I had energy. I didn’t notice much difference in the way of a brain boost effect though. I was a little more relaxed, but my mind was still all over the place. The only issue I had with these patches was that I experienced some mild itching on the spot where I put the patch. Nothing drastic, just a slight tingling at first. Overall, I would definitely recommend these patches if you are looking for an added energy boost.

I have used these patches in a variety of situations and it works in all of them. My typical usage for these patches is first thing in the morning when I am tired and need to get ready for the day. The patches give me the boost of energy that I need to wake up and start, and they continue giving me energy throughout the morning. I would highly recommend this product as it is a healthy way to get energized for my daily tasks.

– Other sites recommended only using the patch 5 out of seven nights
– My choice of application location is my stomach
– Have applied the patch for five nights and think I am noticing a bit more energy. Will take a break for two days and resume use
– I’m thinking this trial period should really be for about a month of use
– If the glutathione makes a difference I am thinking you would notice upon stopping the use of the patch (?)

Get the patches! I found these patches on Amazon because I have been feeling extremely tired lately and needed an energy booster. I’m not big on taking pills so this was the perfect alternative to pills and coffee- as I am trying to lower my caffeine intake. These patches are a natural safe alternative. I placed the patch on daily for a week before going to work. I could totally tell the difference in my energy level at work while wearing the patch versus the previous week when I didn’t wear it. I work on a computer all day and prior I would get sleepy and be tired but after wearing the patch I had enough energy to stay feeling good and go all day. Glutathione is good for so many things including immune support and just your overall wellness. I have now made these patches part of my morning routine.
