I have taken plenty of different natural anti-inflammatory supplements for pain and so I am used to the ingredients ‘glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM’. I notice that this product has a big dosage of these 3 ingredients, but it also ONLY includes these ingredients. I have used other supplements that have these 3 ingredients and MORE, YET not as much as the 3 ingredient dosage as this one. I think that you get a great amount of servings for the price you pay though. You do have to take 5 tablets, BUT they are small and easily swallowed, whereas many products that I am used to taking have HUGE pills and are much harder to swallow, so a + to ‘Healthzone Naturals’ for using smaller tablets and plenty of servings! Unfortunately, I do have to talk about the lack of effectiveness of these pills. To be honest, I really didn’t feel much of a difference when taking them. Perhaps I am starting to become more tolerant of the ingredients used in these supplements and they are becoming less and less effective, so I don’t know if its me or the product itself, but I have noticed more of an improvement in the dampening of my pain while using other anti-inflammatory supplements. It is hard to recommend this product. I would say, try it out once and see if it works for me. I have been dealing with back pain for over 6 years so I have lots of pain to deal with and it takes a lot of supplements, exercise and foam rolling to adhere to my unfortunate physical condition of pain in my body. This product gets a 4 star from me, which I believe is more than fair for the results it has shown me.

The product is fair. It might be a little better grade than some. It is less expensive. The company is the review here. They take a great deal of time before, during, and after the sale with non-intrusive customer service. They definitely care about your satisfaction and being sure they meet expectations. I have received several informative e-texts from them on nutrition and various other health concerns; I would continue to buy from them. I do have a worsening condition of sharper pains in my knees which is what prompted this, and others like it, purchase. This does as well as any of them, and, like I say, they are slightly less expensive for strong doses of the common chemistry that brings any of us to seek this product in particular.
This is an update to the original review. While I did not notice that it was doing a great job helping me, it was at the time I stopped taking it that I noticed a return of pain. It was doing its job quietly in the background. I am pleased with the product and updated from a four to a five star review. But, still, the real message here is this is a phenomenal merchant that is pulling unheard of customer service reviews and quality controlling what they do here. I have to say I would even pay a bit more to continue dealing with this company. Thank you. I thought it was a gimmick until I saw how long they hung in with follow-ups. You won loyalty here.

I’m very particular about which Companies products I use &/or recommend. I Do NOT use ANY products if it has Titanium Dioxide= Paint Derivative….Aluminum Anything= suppresses immune system & is a Neurotoxin causing Alzheimer’s, Dementia, etc. & is not in Health Zone’s ingredients, thus indeed a solid & clean product. There is no doubt in my mind people at Health Zone their greatest priority is creating a product that is totally geared for protecting & enhancing Our-The Publics Health. Absolutely 5 Stars & Highly Recommend. And so Health Zone & Amazon is a most solid admirable business partnership & one that I hope to see is around for as long as possible. 250caps for $23.00’s is a really great bargain. I discovered this when I had terrible carpal tunnel & by the 3rd morning my carpal tunnel was alleviated & has not been an issue since 1998. I injured my knee quite badly was swollen had fever in it…I was on crutches. I immediately began this regimen & the 3rd morning I got up was walking across the floor when I realized I was walking across the floor. Fever gone swelling down by 85% & the knee recovered beautifully. My husband and I were using a different brand which was discontinued so I had to search for a new brand. We needed something with very clean ingredients and this fit the bill . Started taking this and the next day I noticed a great Improvement in my back, hip, and knee. Moving around and bending and squatting is no longer killing me! I thought my old brand did a great job but this exceeds it by far! I am going to recommend this to all my friends. You will not believe great results you’ll get! Customer for life! Side note, if you’ve never taken glucosamine chondroitin MSM before give it several weeks to start working. It worked quickly for me because I’ve been on that formula for several years, this brand just upped the quantity and effectiveness.
