This helps with arthritis pain. It is not good for our bodies to have constant inflammation. I am not a doctor so cannot say if this combination will slow down the inevitable affects of aging. However feeling better and having less pain from taking a couple of non-prescription pills is fabulous.

My husband is a mechanic and works on tough bolts all the time. His wrist tendons got inflamed and painful, he did not go to a Dr. to get a diagnosis but he has tendonitis. He has used other brands of glucosamine in the past for this problem, and I found this cheaper on Amazon. I like to buy all our family’s supplements on Amazon, because the prices are often the best and the quality of the product is usually excellent. After a two days of taking two capsules of this day his pain went down, now after four days it hurts a little less, on his day off. Will see how he does after he starts working Monday. I am a firm believer in the body’s ability to heal itself. We eat meat that is grass fed, from local farms, raw milk, local pastured eggs, vegetables and fruits. I think many supplements work better when the body is detoxing at it’s maximum ability, in other words I think people who eat junk food regularly and drink sweet drinks will not receive the full benefits of herbs supplements minerals and glucosamine, which is derived from shrimp shells. Wanted to mention that I eat the shells when I eat shrimp and cocktail sauce, haha. A great supplement at a good price to keep my husband working and no going to the Dr.

I wanted to try capsules as opposed to very large caplets, so I ordered these. I misread the dosage info, so I actually have to take FOUR of these to achieve the dose I was getting from the caplets. I’ve been using them for about three weeks, so far I haven’t noticed a difference in my joints. So They are effective. But because I have to double the daily dose, they are not cost effective for me.

We have tried other brands, and some of them give us heartburn. We really like the capsules because they are easier to swallow without giving us (me and my hubby take these) heartburn. I would order these again, when I run out.

We had been using a Walmart joint supplement for years, but after all the Covid mess, we realized that like so many supplements and medicinals, it was made in China! Ugh! So I went on the search for something to replace that product and gave this one a try. It works very well, is made in USA and we have zero negatives to report.

This stuff is a life changer. Been using it for a long time. Prior to this could hardly get out of a chair without leaning on the table. My arthritis was killing me walking to the mailbox. This stuff if taken daily is GREAT.
