AD Label says serving size 1 tablet= 500 mg Glucosamine Sulfate…400 mg chondroitin..and MSM 200 mg — actual product says serving size 3 tablets which total 750 mg Gluco.. 600 mg chondro.. and 450 MSM.. Not the same when you take your 120 tabs divided by 3. OR when you take 1/3 of the mg. The product itself is good, I been using it for years. Thought I found a deal., but its the mg per tablet that counts…

Got the shipment ahead of time and in good shape. However, glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM take a little time to build up in the blood. We shall see in the future if it reduces joint pain to a noticeable degree.

Previously, I had tried a grocery store brand of Glucosamine-Chondroitin that did nothing for aches and pains. I took it daily for two months. Nothing. Then, with Swanson brand after just about 3 to 4 weeks I could definitely tell improvement! Now I take one daily to maintain the results. Once in a while taking it with a hyaluronic acid for days that need a little extra something that gives great results. Loyal to this brand.

I have used this for years and I believe it helps, however I do not believe there is any hard evidence that supports those claims. I take the pills because it is cheaper, however my parents use the liquid form and say the body absorbs it better.
Either way, I keep buying these so it is doing something, evening if just making someone rich.
