I haven’t been able to tell a difference and I’m almost to the end of the bottle. No negative effects, but no noticeable positive ones, either. That being said, maybe I’ll notice a difference when I stop taking them. If I do, I’ll update.

What I Think –
I started taking this joint supplement about a week ago, and I have to say, the flavor is fantastic! It genuinely tastes like pineapple, with just a hint of that “vitamin gummy” taste. I actually look forward to taking these every day. The gummy form is convenient, making it easy to take at any time of the day when I remember.
The best part about this product is the noticeable difference in how my joints feel. Over the past couple of years, I’ve suffered from a lot of back, hip, and knee pain, and I’m thrilled to say that I’m noticing improvements with each passing day. My back pain, which was typically in my upper back between my shoulder blades and down in the sciatic area, has significantly lessened.
During my pregnancy, the extra weight and the relaxin my body was releasing caused my hips and knees to hurt regularly. I was hopeful this pain would go away over time after giving birth, but even 15 months later, my hips and knees would ache after just a little bit of physical activity. Since incorporating these gummies into my routine, I am starting to feel like I did before I got pregnant—pain-free in my hips and knees!
I’ve also suffered from back pain since I was 16, likely due to being well-endowed regardless of my weight, and I’m even noticing positive changes there. Overall, I highly recommend this joint supplement. It’s delicious, easy to take, and most importantly, it works for joint pain. If you’re struggling with similar issues, give these gummies a try—you won’t be disappointed!

Compared to the glucosamine chondroitin tablets which are typically big, I’d much prefer gummies as they’re convenient to carry, consume and easy to swallow. This is one of the reasons I like about this product. Also, they taste quite delicious with subtle pineapple flavor and don’t stick to my teeth that much. One of the things I really like about this product is the fact that it has a lot more ingredients for joint health than others on the markets, but particularly hyaluronic acid. With this ingredient combined with glucosamine and chondroitin, the results are more favorable according to many clinical literatures. Also, this product claims to contain no sugar, which is even better for those concerned with blood sugar level. This product has a 30-day supply, and of course, long-term efficacy remains to be seen, but I do have confidence in this product.

I had no issues with these glucosamine/chondroitin/MSM gummies. They do what supplement gummies are supposed to do, which is to give you permission to trick yourself into taking supplements masquerading as tasty candy treats.
The flavor is slightly artificial and hard to place as reminiscent of any particular fruit, but I’ve taken quite a few different supplement gummies by now, and this lies squarely in the top quarter of all I’ve tried. Family members agreed and were perfectly happy to take some themselves.
These gummies claim to be pectin-based, sweetened with stevia, halal, gluten-free, and manufactured in a GMP-certified facility. These are all nice-to-haves that mean that they will fit into the diets of pretty much everyone.
The only sticking point is that despite their claimed USA origin on the product page, their sourcing is clearly worthy of more scrutiny. I’ve taken off one star for that. Otherwise, these seem like good gummies.

I like the pineapple flavor of these gummies. They are easy and pleasant to take. They even seem to work pretty well. Most people I know have to take glucosamine daily, and eventually reap the benefit of the supplement over time. I am fortunate and am able to feel the effects more like it is an aspirin. These gummies seem to work as well as any other product I’ve taken in the past.

These gummies are not only delicious and easy to chew, they actually work! My left knee had been giving me fits a couple of months ago, and now I have virtually no pain! So glad I started these when I did: easiest fix for a trick knee I’ve heard of! Very happy with this purchase!
