I am happy with the purchase of these gummies! They work great, I notice slight pain relief in my joints, they taste good and are easy to just pop in your mouth on the go! They are a good value for the money and i don’t notice a smell like i do with others!

I got these to help with joint pain, but I don’t notice a difference when taking these.
My ortho docs says glucosamine is hit or miss with people, and you may need to take it daily for 2+ months before you would notice any effects.

I was honestly just looking for something to help with my achy knees and stiff joints, but these little strawberry wonders have completely exceeded my expectations in ways I didn’t even think were possible for a supplement. These are delicious! Like, I have to remind myself they’re not candy because the strawberry flavor is spot-on without being overly sweet, and there’s zero weird aftertaste, which is a miracle in the gummy vitamin world. The texture is soft and chewy, not sticky, and they don’t clump together in the bottle, which is a huge win because nothing’s worse than prying apart gummy clumps. I actually look forward to taking these every day, which is wild because I used to be the person who’d forget about supplements until the bottle expired. After about two weeks of consistent use, I started noticing small but real changes. My knees don’t sound like creaky old floorboards every time I stand up, and I feel more flexible and less stiff in the mornings. It’s not an overnight transformation or anything dramatic, but it’s that subtle kind of progress where one day you realize you’re moving easier without even thinking about it. And then there’s the added bonus of elderberry, my immune system feels like it’s getting a solid boost because I haven’t had so much as a sniffle, even with the weather changing and everyone around me coughing. I didn’t even realize how much I’d appreciate the immune support until I felt like I was dodging colds like a pro. I take a lot of supplements, and my particular favorite are gummies of all kinds. I find supplements most effective if you remember to take them consistently, and that’s pretty easy when you are actually looking forward to it.
These have a very nice strawberry flavor that isn’t overly strong or lingering. They are very soft and do not stick to your teeth. They are a transparent red throughout. I like all of the active ingredients in this as it has none of the things you have to watch out for getting too much of when stacking supplements. Such as B vitamins. One thing to watch out for is that while sugar free, these do have two forms of sugar alcohol as their primary sweetener. This can have a laxative effect in larger quantities. Something to watch out for if your supplement stack is all gummies, like mine.
The ingredients are all good, with only the one warning about the sweetener. The list of does not contain is extensive, from artificial things to allergens.
As for negatives, these do have a bit of an oily or liquid coating on the gummies and they do slightly adhere to each-other, along with leaving a little bit of residue on your hand or any other surface you set them on. They also have a slight medicine like bitter after taste, but well within expectation for a supplement. The first impression is certainly YUM though.

As I get older, I find out that have more aches than I used to. I work out a lot and need something to keep my joints lubed and function. Glucosamine and Chondroitin are what I take. This is the first time I’ve seen a gummy version. My normal go to is a supplement stack with multiple pills. With this I just take two gummies at a fraction of the cost.
The product tastes great. A couple of warnings though. These look like kids gummies, so keep away. It has xylitol as a sweetener. If a child, or an adult, eat more than the recommendation they may have some bowel issues.

Cool down those aching joints! I can’t tell you if this glucosamine supplement is better or worse than the last ones I had or the next ones I’ll get. That’s just not how supplements work. I’ve been taking glucosamine supplements for years, and I’m here to tell you it works. It’s just not instant. Stick with them for 2-3 months & you’ll start to notice an improvement. Stay on them & they’ll keep working, as is the case with these gummies. They’re tasty, and they make you feel better. That’s a rare combination!👍
