There are some really good ingredients in these capsules, but I can’t say it’s been life changing. I have been very active with less soreness than I would anticipate, so that’s something. I have not have any negative effects.
I do like the quantity and price compared to other similar solutions.

Since I take a number of supplements everyday I always find it difficult to be too specific about any individual supplement. What I can definitely say is that it has minimal smell and taste and I have not noticed any side effects, so I don’t see any downside at least for me in taking it.
Otherwise it’s difficult to be specific about any particular benefits, so if you think the ingredients are something that would help you I don’t see any reason why you wouldn’t want to try these.

I loved that only one capsule a day is required and that they are smaller than my others. I used to have tablets that were so huge I had to cut them with a pill cutter. The edges were sharp, so I had to crunch them in my teeth to swallow them with apple sauce.
It made me anxious every day.

These help diminish my joint pains. So far these seems to be effective for me. Easy to swallow, no flavor. Simple dose of one table per day, so a 5 month supply! Very pleased, would order again.

I took this for five months. At the beginning, my left shoulder was aching. A few months later, while taking the supplement, my right shoulder started hurting, and both continue to hurt. I also have chronic neck pain, and that ache has been reduced. I have recently run out of the supplement, so my plan is to not take glucosamine, and see if I get worse. It may have benefitted my neck and could not help me with my shoulder. I just don’t know for sure.

Strong mix of many of the most popular supplements targeted towards joint and cartilage support. I like the inclusion of vitamin B12, and a bit of black pepper to go along with the turmeric. All of this in the convenience of only 1 tablet per day, and a 150 day supply at a very reasonable price, made in the USA with an expiration date over 2.5 years out.
