Some doc somewhere on the interwebs wrote that it takes four to six weeks to show results. I had taken it about four weeks and had pretty much decided it wasn’t making any difference at all when all of a sudden it did seem to kick in. The one meta-analysis I could find on line indicated that it doesn’t make much, if any difference. I take it for my hands. Arthritis runs in my family, and my hands were beginning to give me fits. They are still achey, but seem to be not as much so as before. I don’t think this is a placebo effect because, as I said, I’d already decided they weren’t working and wasn’t going to order any more when the first bottle ran out. I do think your results are going to be very individual.

My little Bichon was getter lamer & lamer… vet strongly recommended surgery for torn ACL but wouldn’t provide any guarantees that it would cure her. I did some online research to find that this surgery is usually unnecessary & often unsuccessful. Not to mention that in many cases, second leg will need same surgery within a year! Within 3 days of giving her one caplet a day, we saw major improvement. It’s been about a month now and although Mouse will not climb stairs, she’s back to her playful self, runs, teases the other dogs, throws her toys in the air… almost 100% back to normal! I am amazed at how fast she got better. When I started treating her with this, she was spending all her days in her crate, just coming out to eat. To watch her limp was heart breaking… and now she’s back to normal. Worth every penny I spent!

When I saw my first symptoms of arthritis, a hard bump on my knuckle, I asked my doctor how to minimize and defer future symptoms. He suggested taking this generic medication. I immediately bought the brand available at CVS. Those pills were huge and foul tasting. 🤮 It was a challenge to get each one down and quickly follow it with something else to clear the taste.
So I found this version which is a normal size capsule with no taste. 😄 What a relief! I’ll be buying this one through Subscribe and Save for a long time to come.
