My hands have always been dry and have gotten cracked/painful/itchy at times. I was looking for a product that would protect them but soak in quickly so that I could get on with whatever I was doing, and Gloves in a Bottle is a good product for that. I wouldn’t say it lasts 8 hours – it definitely washes off if I wash my hands with any harsh soap or do the dishes – but it is quick and easy to reapply. I also use it as a base layer for other lotions: I apply Gloves in Bottle, let it soak in, and then apply ANOTHER protective hand product (like Working Hands) for extra protection. I’ll definitely buy it again – my hands have been happy since I started using it, and no more cracks or pain!

This lotion is great for my hands. No scent, it is not greasy, and rubs in easily.

It’s good, but the price is steep for the bottle that size. You also want to be careful squeezing the bottle. Even a little pressure will have the cream spill out.

This new hand lotion feels really good on the body is soft and smooth As a retired RN always had dry hands so I thought I would give this a try and I really like it. It dries fast, It is not oily or greasy as Some lotions can be.

I have really dry skin on my fingers and around my nails. I wash my hands repeatedly during my 13+ hour long shifts. Since I work in healthcare, this product was appealing. It’s okay. The small bottle fits in my scrub pocket so I can carry it with me during my shifts; it’s non-greasy and has no noticeable scent; it didn’t irritate my skin; but it didn’t really do much to reduce or soothe my skin dryness. For my skin needs, it wasn’t worth the cost. It might be better suited for people that are already battling dry skin issues.

I love this lotion. My dermatologist recommended it. It’s quickly absorbed and it’s totally greaseless. There is no scent which I really like. I ordered 2 bottles, one fir the house and one to put in my purse. I wash my hands several times a day and it’s nice to have a lotion that keeps my hands moisturized without greasiness all day. It’s good as a body lotion, not just hands. I highly recommend this wonderful lotion.

Really like this product. Last winter, my hands constantly bled from dryness. I tried every cream I could think of, but nothing worked to heal them. Then I tried Gloves in a Bottle and it has been amazing. My hands have not actually bled this winter so far at all. You need to apply it fairly regularly for it to be at its most effective, but then it works like a charm! Would definitely recommend! I even use it on my 4 year old daughter’s hands that are also sensitive to the cold and wind. Works well on her, too.

Just the best barrier cream I’ve tried. I like to use it on top of moisturizer for maximum results but it’s also amazing on its own. Very light scent – doesn’t leave your hands feeling greasy after (passes the snap test). Love the size on these. I keep one in my purse and the car!

I actually purchased this product for my husband who works in the dog food processing industry. His job requires a ton of hand washing and sanitizing in order to maintain manufacturing quality, as well having to use sanitizing chemicals for the equipment and machines at his plant. His hands become extremely chapped and cracked open especially in the harsher winter months. He also has small areas where all the cleaning chemicals have caused what appears to be dermatitis. The skin on his hands has become a constant source of pain and discomfort because he has to constantly wash and disinfect at work 5-6 days a week. We’ve went through so many store bought lotions that really were a waste of money and settled on using aquaphor and gloves before bed every night because that’s the only thing we found that actually gave him a little relief. I decided after scrolling through yet more hand creams online to try Gloves in a Bottle based on all the positive reviews posted. I even got the smaller bottle because I assumed we’d have another lotion that didn’t live up to its reputation. I was wrong. It actually absorbs immediately and leaves hands silky feeling. I didn’t notice any sticky residue, maybe if you use too much, but I did use a small amount and concentrated on applying product to the areas of my hands that were prone to winter time over drying. My husband was also pleasantly surprised. Hes only been using the Gloves in a Bottle for a few days and the deep knuckle cracks are already healing! He does take it to work and will reapply every four hours or so. So far it’s the only hand cream that has actually worked so of course it’s worth the money. The product stays on the skin throughout the day, as well as through handwashing and makes a barrier allowing your skin to heal from the inside out. I’m so happy I found something that gives comfort to seriously chapped, cracked hands.

Can’t say enough good things about Gloves in a Bottle. It works. I have an autoimmune disorder that causes skin conditions among alot of other things, like severe edema & skin dryness. During the winter the edema gets worse & my hands, fingers swell, turn red & get very dry. My fingertips & between fingers will split open – very painful to point I can’t use hands. I also wash hands alot. I had tried samples of Gloves in a Bottle but when I would go to purchase it the pharmacy would be sold out. After finally purchasing on Amazon I could hardly wait. After 2nd day of use my split out fingers were nearly healed & my sandpaper like hands were softened. I have tried alot of creams, lotions & ointments- over the counter, prescription & special order – without much luck. My hands stay protected even after alot of hand washing & dish washing. I am also able to use a small amount of prescription cream on the bad spots & apply the Gloves in a Bottle over it. I do not normally write reviews but this product has truly helped my quality of life. Yep – I say quality of life because I was unable to do almost anything with my hands split out & painful. Gloves in a Bottle has let me resume my activities. Do yourself a favor – if your hands are rough, dry, split out – try a bottle – your hands will thank you.
