Not bad for a tincture. The flavor is a bit bitter but is tolerable. The price is phenomenal and is also organic.

I purchased this valerian root for my autistic son. We use valerian root for years now on those days when he is stressed out and is having hard time calming down. He does not take pills therefore we needed a liquid. We are on special gut healing diet and have to be careful what supplements we take. I like that this product is organic and free of undesirable ingredients. This valerian root works well. I can see my son calming down within 30 min of taking one dropper. We will be returning customers!

This product has already improved my ability to fall asleep. Am looking forward to experiencing the longer term effects. Tastes and smells like an old, wet industrial kitchen mop that was concentrated into a tinture. Given the company’s reputation for purity and quality, I will appreciatively hold my nose and enjoy the my sleep.

Only complaint is the smell. It smells like a dirty dish rag, but that’s just this herbs smell. The taste is mild but a little woodsy. I mix with juice and can’t taste it. Seems to help me personally with sleep, but probably not as strong as I had thought it would be. But overall it’s good.
