I have never slept better! I was apprehensive about taking this because I had never heard of kava. It does taste a little odd but nothing that you don’t get used to after 2-3 nights in. I highly recommend this if you are having a hard time sleeping. I take mine in conjunction with with magnesium supplement.

Now just because I didn’t like this specific product they sold doesn’t mean I won’t buy from this company again. Original review: I received this yesterday and it was packaged well. Unfortunately the smell that came from this bottle is not something I could actually physically be able to consume. I tried to return it because I won’t be using it and it is unopened, but it says it’s not eligible for return. Not excited because I wouldn’t have purchased if I had known I couldn’t return.

This doesn’t taste good but I didn’t expect it to. It’s kinda like an old peanut butter sandwich. However, if it relaxes me or makes me feel better it’s not so noticeable.
